Those are not acceptable. Regarding the Torma of the Goddess, one method is to make a triangle with dough, like the shape of a heart, and wrap it with thread. Another method is to make three large chang vessels out of tsampa, with the openings facing upwards, and stack three more of the same on top of them, wrapping the edges with thread (476). This practice, passed down from the venerable Namkhai Naljorpa, uses very large threads, stacking six layers with the cut sides facing forward. On top of that, place another thread like that, with the cut side facing up, the end of the thread facing forward, lift it up and erect it. Wrap the edges with thread. This unique mantra is the special need-fulfilling practice of the four-armed goddess. According to this method, the Torma is made with triangular auspicious food, wrapped with thread, which is the unique mantra tradition. In the Torma of Kshetrapala (Sanskrit: Kṣetrapāla), there is a practice of connecting three triangular Tormas, which is recorded in ancient texts. The actual operation method is: one method is to stack three (477) triangular foods and wrap the edges with thread. Another method is to show one corner on each of the three sides of a triangular food. However, in the lineage of the Guru, there is a level of stacking three triangular tsampas one on top of the other, like bamboo shoots. For ordinary Tormas, place a small triangular food on top of it. Wrap the edges with thread that is not too long. If it is mainly used for blessing, then draw images of jewels, bears, black dogs, and black sheep on the middle layers. If it is a Torma Grand Assembly and mainly used for fierce actions, then make a hole on top with food, and put a real human heart or an image (478) stained with blood. For the three Yakshas, slightly bend the tip of the triangular food to the right. Nowadays, everyone makes round Tormas and upright joyful offerings, and decorations are made according to their own ideas. Few people hear the lineage and mantras of the Guru with their ears. In front of the Torma arranged in this way, place blood argham, sensory flowers, incense of the protectors, a large amount of oil lamps, foot washing water of poisonous blood, large meat food decorated with red and black food, a skull cymbal, a human leg bone flute, a large drum and kapala and other offerings (479). The practice of Torma has its special features

If it is said that offering small torma food six times is very important and indispensable, then there are many different ways to make small tormas. One method is to place a small torma surrounded by auspicious triangular torma patterns in front of the large torma. The large torma is visualized as the deity, and when the small torma is blessed and offered, it is held in the hand and needs to be done six times. Do not put it in the container of the large torma. Finally, the deity of the large torma is invited out, and the large torma is also blessed and offered, and accomplishments are obtained. The small torma is used as a striking torma. Another method is to (480) bless many triangular tormas without fillings piled in a container. When it is time to offer, recite the torma mantra once, and at the same time use the small triangular tormas to nourish the large torma, otherwise the large torma is not nourished. Finally, immediately after offering the small tormas, nourish the large torma again and purify it. Invite the deity, bless and offer, and obtain accomplishments from it. In torma sadhana, there is also no practice of using the large torma as a container torma. Another method is to arrange three triangular tormas in each of the five torma striking objects. Visualize the large torma as the deity, bless the small tormas, and offer the first small torma to the Lama, the second (481) to the Yidam, the third to the Protector, the fourth to the Goddess, and the fifth to the Yaksha, all placed in the container of the large torma. I have heard the key points about this dharma from many precious Lamas and sought to practice it, and found that some Lamas have adopted the above-mentioned practices in their own ways. However, I have seen that the practice of Ran Muspa Namkhai Naljorpa (Sky Yogi) is the purest, so I will explain its oral instructions in detail here. In the writings of Kyungpo, many ancient records state that when offering torma food six times, twenty-one small tormas (482) must be offered for each offering, and it is said that this is how it should be practiced. In the five torma plates, in the first torma plate, place three cut tormas facing outwards, and connect the three backs to form a triangular shape. Place a small torma in the center above these as a base.
