If you do so, this place will be like a cool garden cemetery, and the protector and his retinue will always reside there, and even without entrusting, all activities will be accomplished. This key point is said to be without the custom of giving to those who are not of a single lineage, thus making it very sacred. (793) It does not belong to anyone else. Guhyasamaja. Iiṭha. The secret instruction for raising the protector's flag or painting an image is here. Zu. Homage to Mahakala. If you want to raise the protector's flag or paint an image, then its secret instruction is: Cover a clean, soft cloth or black silk, etc., over the corpse of a young man killed by a knife, and then apply human bones, poison, gugula incense, mustard powder, etc., mixed with the lye used to treat the cloth. After the cloth is treated, on the twenty-ninth, even if the date is not suitable, complete the sketch on an inauspicious day of the waning moon (794). Offer sacrifices to the deity who draws the sketch, pray to the lama. Offer torma to the protector and his retinue, burn mixed incense.
