With the four-fold method, cross the channels at the heart, and with the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), perform a strong emptiness induction. Immediately suppress the breath and extend both hands straight down in front. Repeat this seven times. The eighth is: after the previous root verses, while holding the vase, do three small releases and shake each part of the body. Then, with the sound of Ha (Tibetan: ཧ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha), do it three times. It is good to connect the two root verses in this way. The ninth is: sit comfortably in the lotus position, from the vase, rotate the head three times from right to left, and then three times from left to right. Then, twice each to the left and right (619), and three times each forward and backward, for a total of twelve times. The tenth is: keep the body posture as above, then, with the hands in a clapping manner, interlock the fingers, cover the heart with the palms of the extended fingers, and try to contract the two elbows inward, bend the right arm three times and the left arm three times. At this time, draw in the upward-moving air. The eleventh is: as in the case of the second root verse above, stand up with a cough. At this time, extend the hands straight from the front, at the end of the extension, make a fist, extend the left fist straight towards yourself, and with the right hand, use the elbow to pull the left wrist until it reaches the level of the breast, making a bow-drawing posture, the left hand as before (620), and the right hand extend straight forward with the fingers together. Similarly, switch to the left. Like this, three times each, for a total of six times. The twelfth is: sit comfortably in the lotus position, rotate the abdomen three times to the right and three times to the left. The thirteenth is: stand up as before, with hands on the waist, straighten the left leg without bending the knee, and kick the buttocks with the right heel, pushing the knee forward. Similarly, switch to the left. Like this, three times each, for a total of six times. In short, at the end of all the standing postures mentioned above, do a big release. Secondly, the first of the seven Tummo practices, to be eaten as food: sit comfortably in (621) the lotus position, after holding the vase, do the rough wood and rough mat wheel, and at the end of three emptiness inductions and upward inductions, do a small release. Secondly, to be worn as clothing: the body taming is as explained elsewhere. Thirdly, to be laid as a mat: sit comfortably in the lotus position, from the vase, bend the abdomen back and forth, while the breath is in the front and back.
