Melting into the form of nectar. Inside the central channel (page 605). Filling the general channel, throat, heart, and navel. Obtaining the four empowerments. Becoming inseparable from oneself and the Guru. The nectar strikes the Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ram, Sanskrit Romanization: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram) at the navel center. Again, a tiny fire blazes intensely. From Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: haṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: ham, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) descends the burning drip of the subtle stream of Bodhicitta. Meditate on the flames filling the body. 1 Also, sometimes holding the breath. Meditate on the central channel becoming larger and larger, until the end of space is limitless. (page 606) 2 This is the method of the six fires sealed, or perform the seven dharmas in the posture of covering the palms with the knees. Everything below is the same as the common. Self-born great bliss, Vajradhara at the crown of the head. Pray to him with intense devotion. Recite: Father Guru, Father Guru, Guru, you know yourself. For the present appearance, without left or right, bright and shining, unable to be established, playfully abide in its uninterrupted arising. Break down attachment. Like a mirage, the magic of the mind, thus, without bias, intend. In the navel, within the Dharmadhatu, the appearance of the six realms, these are nothing but the self-nature illusory magic, it is truly pitiable. May they all dissipate, relax the mind, and abide in a loose and relaxed state. Here, if you add the intention of dreaming (page 607), you will realize yourself. If you abide in non-attachment, you will attain luminosity. If you connect with the intention of Bardo, it is self-liberation in Bardo. Holding on with devotion and non-reality is the key to visualizing the empty and luminous form of the root deity. 3 From the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: haṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: ham, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head, a white bindu descends, and from the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the secret place, a red bindu descends. Within the life force channel, revolving in the heart center, accompanied by the intention of dreaming. When touched and bliss arises, and finally rises up, think of nothing, abide in that state. Again, intensely intend that all appearances and sounds are dreams. If you still have not realized it, then visualize the white Vajradhara Guru in the heart center, in his heart there is a blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable, like a clear crystal bindu. Intensely remember this. Finally, gradually (page 608) dissipate, and then abide in amazement. Intend again. 4 If you still have not realized it, then visualize it in the throat, concentrate the intention. If you can distinguish the conceptual thoughts between the present appearance and sleep, then it is impossible to be mistaken. The practice after realization is: because it corresponds to the key point of the breath, with intense recollection, whatever you think about dreams and the mind body is enough, thinking like this, for the objects of attachment, sometimes outwards, sometimes inwards. Cliffs, fire, water, enemies and friends, etc., attachment and aversion, shame, embarrassment, disgust, etc., the place of birth.

The visualization of training in the thought of the unreality of all things, transforming whatever appears into all things, whether many or few, large or small. Emanating from one's own appearance, traversing the Buddha's (609) pure lands and so on in an instant, visualizing listening to the Dharma and so on. Supporting with the strength of devotion and remembrance. Generating incomparable transformations in one direction. Then, the clear light: In the center of the four-petaled heart chakra, visualizing a white Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart of the guru, or at the tip of the secret place within the central channel, placing a white short A (藏文:ཨ།,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) without distraction. Meditating on all the appearances of the light of the letters, clearly and brightly, from time to time. Training in various vase breaths as appropriate. The object of focus is at the crown of the head. It is also permissible to transfer consciousness by raising it from the central channel into space. Before going to sleep, concentrate the visualization on one point (610). 9. When any appearance arises stably, gathering all appearances from the outside into the heart with the light rays of the letters. When it vanishes, meditating on non-conceptuality, practicing diligently day and night. If one becomes proficient in dreams, meditating on this, there is no doubt that clear light will be attained. 10. The illusory body is unreal, dreams are dreams. Training the clear light appearances, non-conceptual remembrance in all sessions and activities, devotion to the guru, renunciation of impermanent samsara, loving-kindness and compassion, cherishing all without attachment to oneself and appearances. When various experiences arise individually, practicing fierce fire at dawn, illusory body in the morning, dreams in the afternoon, clear light in the evening (611), and so on. Also, he gave instructions without attachment. Clear light with fierce fire, fierce fire with illusory body, illusory body with clear light dreams, dreams with clear light illusory body, in all of these, intention, devotion, renunciation, and compassion are essential. Not engaging in trivial worldly affairs, and all unavoidable events, all actions and behaviors should be guided by the view of Mahāmudrā, and whatever is done should be Dharma if it is in accordance with the virtuous practices of various skillful means, thus life becomes meaningful, and attaining Buddhahood is in the palm of one's hand. In short, Dharma must be practiced with single-mindedness. The essence of the ḍākinīs' heart, the practice of the single-seat, clearly and concisely explained for the sake of a few disciples, spoken by Kunga Nyingpo Tāranātha in the solitary and sacred place of meditation (612). Sarva Maṅgalaṃ! Śubham!
