Practice. May I abandon self-grasping. (596) May unnecessary thoughts arise in the continuum. May I accomplish the illusory body and dream. May the Mahamudra of Clear Light be manifested. After reciting this many times. The best is to blend the guru and one's own mind. The intermediate is to focus on visualizing one's own body as a clear deity. Think that this is the appearance of one's own mind. Even if it appears, think that it is not truly established. The lowest is to determine that the appearance of the six realms in the source of phenomena below the navel is like a dream. In the post-meditation, transform whatever arises into the path of illusion. The prayer for dreams is: Precious Guru, please bless me to recognize dreams as dreams. May I accomplish dreams. May the appearance of objects be stabilized. (597) After praying like this, red and white bindus descend from the Haṃ (ཧཾ།, हं, haṃ, Haṃ) at the crown of the head and the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ།, हूं, hūṃ, Hūṃ) at the secret place, and arrive at the heart. Purify the three poisons. For those who revolve in fleeing and chasing, generate the memory of dream and illusion. Practice the visualization of gaining power. Finally, dissolve and focus on non-objectification. Again, red and white bindus emerge from the nostrils, circle the shoulders, transform into the male and female deities of the yidam, rotate, and finally the mother dissolves into the father, and the father disappears like a rainbow, abide in non-objectification. Again, visualize the guru in the bluish-green bindu in one's own heart. For attachment to conceptualization: Focus on the blue Aṃ (ཨཾ།, अं, aṃ, Aṃ) at the throat and generate memory. Before falling asleep, the gross conceptualizations cease. Before the subtle conceptualizations cease (598), incorporate the memory of dreams into whatever conceptualizations arise there, and go to sleep with the intention of practicing and increasing, and dreams will be grasped. Dreams are the key to intention, therefore, practice incorporating mother into everything. Increase whatever is needed. Transform whatever is needed. Transform uncertain things into various forms. Change the intention to view various pure lands. In terms of clear light: May I abandon self-grasping. May unnecessary thoughts. May the Mahamudra of Clear Light be manifested. After praying, visualize the central channel inside one's own body reaching the Brahma hole and the secret place, in the space four fingers below the navel, light radiates from the white A (ཨ།, अ, a, A), making everything inside and outside clear and bright, without distraction. (599) Visualize the guru in the heart, and hold the clear light as light radiates from the white Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ།, हूं, hūṃ, Hūṃ) in the heart. Above the brain under the skull, visualize the selfless mother, in the full chest, light arises from the white A (ཨ།, अ, a, A), which also purifies the brain. The skull is white.

Give desire to Khollewa. When practicing transference, meditate on the lama at the crown of your head as your chosen deity. In the navel, visualize a triangular dharma origin pointing upwards, representing the three realms of happiness. With the three roots pointing downwards, cut off the birth gate of the lower realms. Inside, imagine the central channel piercing the Brahma's aperture at the top, making the opening large. The lower end pierces the narrow space inside the dharma origin, four fingers below the navel. Visualize your own mind as a white A, radiating light and about to burst (600). With the mind of self-grasping... Without needing the lineage... Bless me to accomplish the supreme path of transference. Having prayed, as the navel moves upwards, the A emerges from the central channel with a loud sound. Imagine it going into the sky, becoming clear as light. Again, after a while, the A appears in the sky. Slowly descend, imagining it returning to its original place below the navel, and practice again and again. Finally, imagine the Brahma's aperture blocked by a vajra cross, so that the mind does not wander. Pray to accomplish the transference of karma. Focus on the A dissolving into the sky, the key is not to let it fall down. For the practice of Bardo, release the mind of self-grasping... Without (601) needing to be born into the lineage... Pray to attain Buddhahood in the Sambhogakaya of Bardo. Determine appearances as deities, sounds as mantras, and dreams as illusions. In front of you, in the dark blue dharma origin, visualize your own mind as Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,हुं,hūṃ,吽). On the outer right and left, visualize the chosen deity, father and mother, each appearing distinctly. From Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,हुं,hūṃ,吽), light radiates, purifying the imprints of the five birth places. Imagine the womb door blocked. By practicing the inseparable three, lama, yidam, and illusory body, you will attain supreme accomplishment. All the stages of the six dharmas' meditation, the way to practice in four sessions, is written down as instructed by the lama. May all beings be purified of obscurations by this virtue, and having entered this profound supreme path, (602) may they attain the ground of the fourteen great bliss. This was composed by Ngakgi Wangpo. (603) The essence of the four root dharmas of the six dharmas of Niguma is contained herein. (604) Namo Gurave. Here, the essence of the root of the six dharmas of Niguma is as follows: Yourself as Vajravarahi, the three roots, Haṃ (ཧཾ,हं,haṃ,啥), and the essence of the lama, Raṃ (རཾ,रं,raṃ,让), surrounded at the crown of your head by all the lamas, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas, hold the wind in union. Offer bliss and warmth to the burning Raṃ (རཾ,रं,raṃ,让) and the lamas at the crown of your head. All Bodhisattvas...
