Abandon bad habits, etc. The gate of Brahma is hidden. The gate of wind is differentiated. The great instruction and the great piercing. The great mudra is the third. These are the three secrets. Through them, union and accomplishment are renowned. Whoever is skilled in any of these three, Knows the three worlds. Whoever becomes accustomed to this, Becomes the master of all. Becomes the god of the gods who protect, The lord of the lords of humans. (185) It is purity in all empowerments. Everything becomes especially supreme. Therefore, all the gods should strive, To become accustomed to the great mudra. Everything arises from this mudra, Whatever accomplishment there may be. The two are noble, Liberation from death, And benefit to body and mind arise. Merely abiding in the mind, One will not be born in the womb again. What is the vow of the mudra like? From the action mudras, Beings are born from it. Action is also the six realms. The Dharma is the Dharma mudra. Take that of the mind and apply it to practice. Having bowed to the feet of the guru, Holding the guru in reverence and joy. This is the samaya mudra. The great mudra gathers the nine channels. Pressing down with feet and hands, All the channels (186) should be stretched. Exhale the life-wind three times, Rising up, direct the channels upwards. Having destroyed all diseases, The meaning of the great mudra is also completed. Just as in the space of the sky, Clouds burning and gathering, As if scattered by the force of the wind. Likewise, this body, Even if completely afflicted by disease, Should be destroyed by the wind of skillful means. With difficulty, the five elements also, Should be kneaded by the actions of karma, When the senses are weary and tired, Rest one-pointedly in the state of mind. Abide with great restraint. With this wheel of power, Above, the world of the gods is frightened. Stretching the feet downwards, All the nagas are also frightened. Stretching and bending the hands, Also shakes the four directions. This (187) is the star of jñāna-hūṃ-kāra. The first person is the letter. Explain having union. With union possessing faith, The yogi certainly, Accomplishes the great mudra. Summary

When explaining the great bandha, the wind will cause the body to perish. It should be known that there are two types of bandha: truly abiding in the bindu, and the goddess of Jhaki Bandha (ཛྷ་ཀི་བནྡྷ,梵文天城体:झकिबन्ध,梵文罗马拟音:jhaki bandha, literal meaning: Jhaki Bondage). Constricting the throat is a god. One who possesses fullness and a vase, should make a mudra. In an instant, it can be constricted, and kept secret from all gods and non-gods. Because of possessing the constriction of the anal passage, the wind is completely contracted, and lifted upwards. It should be mixed with the equalizing wind, the yoga has been constricted, and should be placed at the door of the central channel. Blocking the three channels, the wind should be held within. The life-wind should also be moistened, by doing so it drips downwards, and should move upwards. This is the union of the upper and lower winds. In this way, on the human body, the path of accomplishment is extremely clear. Experience arises, the body turns into a tree, and will not age. The channels constantly flow, and always move downwards. With this great bandha, it will be completely reversed. Feces flow downwards, flowing out of the body, like water flowing into a ditch, this is reversed by the bandha. As long as it flows outwards, it will be reversed by the bandha. Likewise, for the inner body, the yogi should always know. All the channels of the body, are well-known because of this bandha. By the power of this instruction, all the gods will appear. In this way, with the four instructions, the three channels are blocked. The four channels are clear, the accomplished one goes to the path of the gods. The two paths of birth and death, have been declared in the lower path. It is the cause of merit and demerit, therefore one should completely abandon the two faults. The nature of wind is the vase, it should be made extremely equal. In the upper path, act in this way, uniting with the wind. Like the instruction blocking the flow of water, blocking all movement. Therefore, by its grace, it is called Jho (ཛྷོ,梵文天城体:झ,梵文罗马拟音:jho, literal meaning: Jho) Bandha. Completely corresponding to the path of accomplishment, a person will transform, and will not become other. With the knowledge of this mudra, even if there is arrogance, it has meaning. Therefore, he will know everything, named the immortal accomplished one, the great teacher.

The work of Napo Pal Birwapa is complete. Translated by the great Indian yogi Pal Durtropa and the Tibetan translator Marpa Lotsawa in the Teto charnel ground. May auspiciousness pervade all the world. The Practice of the Immortal Wheel of Transformation. Homage to the Guru. The essence of the immortal lineage is gathered in the mountain recluse, with devotion in mind, I respectfully bow to the Lord. I briefly write the immortal wheel of transformation of body and mind, seeking to realize the meaning of the immortal root-winds and attain enlightenment. Generate Bodhicitta, visualize your own body as a deity, and exhale stale air. Starting from the left (page 191), dance and massage the body. The wheel of strength, up and down, back and front, and from the left to all directions, shake both hands vigorously. Make fists, place them in front, and bring the two feet together. External aṃ-grol (藏文,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:), sit on the mat. Hold the feet with both hands, stretch and tighten vigorously. Bheta lang ling, rub on the mat. Bandha, turn the anal wheel upwards. Mahamudra, a rough mudra, seems to have a methodological flaw. Internal aṃ-grol (藏文,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:), control the downward-moving air. Bheta, the supreme path of blackness, is complete in one go. Bandha, cross and stretch the legs and arms, and lower the head. Mahamudra, sit upright in vajra posture, remain equanimous, and form the mudra. Secret aṃ-grol (藏文,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:), make fists, cross and tighten the hands behind the back. Bheta, similar to the external, perform slowly. Bandha, sit in vajra posture, press the ground (page 192), and press left and right. Mahamudra, the supreme generosity mudra, bend the knees and press the Adam's apple. Branch aṃ-grol (藏文,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:), do the same as the external, turn the anal wheel upwards, and guide with Hūṃ. White extension, shake the upper body with the hands. Red extension, punch the back with fists, and shake the hands forward. The wheel of the head, massage the head with the hands. The wheel of the eyes, glare and look around in all ten directions. Turn the head left and right, and make hand gestures. Forward, backward, left, and right, lower the head like the head of Brahma. The wheel of the upper body, sit in the posture of a bodhisattva. Hold the knees with both hands, shake and stretch left and right. Upper claw print, press the chest and heart. Lower transfer, shake and press below the breasts. When moving the hands, assume the vajra posture. Press the ground, buttocks (page 193), left and right, inside and out. Rotate alternately, then rotate simultaneously. Vajra fists, shake directly left and right. Likewise, shake simultaneously.
