The venerable mother has one face and two arms. In her right hand, she holds a sounding ḍamaru, and in her left, she holds a skull cup. Her body is red, adorned with bone ornaments, wrathful yet smiling, graceful, and dancing (521). Focus your awareness on her for a moment. By focusing in this way, warmth, bliss, and the three non-conceptual states arise in body and mind, and you experience co-emergent joy. It is said that this is the introduction to the fourth empowerment. Then, as before, offer the essence of the lama's and yidam's body, speech, and mind to the venerable mother. Pray to the precious lama to bestow the fourth empowerment upon you. After praying in this way, from the right nostril of the yogini emerges Ali, and from the left emerges Kali. At the brow center of the yogini, they transform into a single red swastika, and you contemplate it spinning intensely. Finally, the yogini dissolves into light (522) and merges into you. Your own body also becomes like a mass of light, dissolving into emptiness. Meditate for a moment, abiding in the nature of all phenomena, which is like the sky. This purifies the obscurations of body, speech, and mind. Request the granting of faith in having received the fourth empowerment. The seven-syllable mantra and Ḍa Ḍā Ḍri. Then, again, from that emptiness, in the manner of arising from the Dharmakaya into the Rupakaya, contemplate yourself as the co-emergent body of Chakrasamvara, illusory and without attachment, like a reflection in a mirror. As you visualize yourself clearly as the deity, also imagine offering the five kinds of offerings emanated from the guru's mind. Recite: Om Vajra (藏文,梵文天城体,vajra,金刚) Puspe (藏文, पुष्प,puṣpe,花) etc. The benefits of the empowerment are: restoring empowerments previously received that have degenerated, completely exhausting all sins, and causing co-emergent wisdom to arise in the mindstream. Then, "After the main deity," etc., and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Then, confessing faults, etc., is the same as the common ritual. Thus, this easily understood and readable body practice of the fourth empowerment, blessed by the five deities of Chakrasamvara, is written for the benefit of beginners by the monk and Vinaya holder Ngawang Chodrak, based on the writings of Khetsun Gyaltsen Bum, and supplemented by notes from the teachings of Tsarchen Yabse. The connections have been slightly modified for easier understanding. Written on the twelfth day of the waxing moon of the eighth month of the Iron Dragon year (1940) at the residence of Pukara Labrang Dzong. May virtue and auspiciousness increase!

May virtue and excellence increase, made with reverence by Gige Pa Ni Shawa Sonam Chokyong! (525) The Visualization and Torma Ritual of the Five Tantra Classes. Homage to the venerable gurus! This is how to practice the visualization of the five tantra classes composed by Bodhisattva Lodrö Rinchen, for those who wish to meditate on it. Having completed the preliminary practices of the protective circle, mandala, etc., in a manner that is neither too elaborate nor too concise, on the eight petals of the lotus in the center of the palace, in the heart of the lotus (526), the four maras are suppressed by the sun. Above the sun, meditate on Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, seed syllable) and the black Aṃ (ཨཾ, aṃ, seed syllable). Below that, from the transformation of two A (ཨ, a, vowel letter), arises the mirror-like moon, the form of wisdom, from which the thirty-two marks originate. Above, from the transformation of two Ka (ཀ, ka, consonant letter), arises the sun of equality, the form of skillful means, from which the eighty minor marks are accomplished. On the crown of the head, visualize the white skull cup, blue fragrance, sun and moon, and their respective seed syllables and symbols. Encouraging practice, focusing on one point is essential. The body of focusing on one point is the Dharmadhatu. The body is deep blue-black, extremely large, with eight faces, four legs, and sixteen arms, the hair on the head is yellowish-brown and burns upwards, the upper face bares its fangs, the wheel of bone ornaments, three eyes are red, the lower right face is white, and the left face is red. (527) The central face and the other faces are the color of the body, all three eyes are red, baring their fangs, wearing various vajra skull crowns, earrings, necklaces, head ornaments, and bracelets, anklets, etc., all adorned with bone ornaments, with a garland of fifty dripping blood, wearing a tiger skin as a skirt, and smeared with ashes, the first two hands hold a vajra bell, embracing the consort. The second right hand holds a sword, similarly holding an arrow, wheel, plow, trident, and iron hook. In the left hand, in order, are a lotus bow, khatvanga, skull cup, jewel, threatening mudra, and lasso. The consort's body color is the same as the father Buddha, one face and four arms, the first (528) two hands hold a curved knife and skull cup, embracing the father Buddha, the other two hands hold an arrow and bow. Adorned with a garland of fifteen dry skulls, all ornaments are the same as the father Buddha. The main deity has four legs, the right legs extended, suppressing Indra, Brahma, Ishvara, and Maheshvara, on the sun disc, above which is Bhairava, complete with courage and wrath, complete with laughter, violence, compassion, fear, and peace, abiding in the posture of the nine dances, this is the generation stage of the weapon-wielding one. In the center of the Great Bliss Wheel, Heruka Vajrasattva, father and mother, body color
