Oh! Furthermore, regarding meditating on the body and appearances as deities, the aspect of appearances is the generation stage, the aspect of emptiness is the completion stage, and the union of appearance and emptiness, like a reflection of the moon in water, is the union of the generation and completion stages. In the Tantra of the First Thought, it says: The aspect of appearances is the generation stage, and the aspect of emptiness is the completion stage. There is no dharma that is not generation and completion (498). This explains the way of non-duality. This is the meaning. The wisdom dakini Niguma, the Shangpa Lama, offered a hundred tsog offerings and five hundred gold coins, requested it, and practiced it with experience. This was passed down in a single lineage for seven generations, and it is now complete. ༈ Oral Instructions on the Tummo of the Lama. Here, if you meditate on the Tummo of the Lama, which comes from oral instructions, the key points of the body and the key points of the prana are the same as the Tummo of the Six Dharmas. The object of focus is: at the junction of the three lower channels, on top of the sun, visualize the lama naked like a whip, unbearable to touch. Then, light radiates upwards from the lama's heart, (499) arousing the minds of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Descending from the sky above, from the heart, light, the essence of a drop, white nara ra, comes from the aperture at the crown of the head. Touching the lama's body, like pouring melted butter onto a red-hot iron, with a hissing sound, flames blaze, filling the entire inside of the body, and if you focus your mind on the lama residing within, bliss and warmth will quickly arise. This is very profound and secret. ཨིྀྠ། (Tibetan) ཤུ་བྷཾ། (Tibetan, auspicious) (500) (501) The Seven-Syllable Practice of the Central Channel of Chakrasamvara. Homage to glorious Chakrasamvara. Make the head stable. Fill with the seven syllables of the central channel. As the meaning of what is said in the Chakrasamvara Tantra: Visualize yourself as Chakrasamvara, the central channel like coral. The Kashmiri scholar said that it is like pouring ghee into Harsong, and the small hole should be known as inserted into the crown of the head. Then visualize a six-petaled blue lotus on the crown of your head. At the navel is ཨོཾ། (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡). Starting from the front petal, clockwise, visualize ཧྲཱིཿཧ་ཧ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः ह ह हूँ हूँ फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ ha ha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: 啥,哈,哈,吽,吽,啪) as a self-generating wheel. Then, focusing on the lotus and syllables at the crown of the head, recite the seven syllables facing upwards. That is the meaning of making the head stable (502). Then visualize your central channel filled with the seven syllables, emitting blue light. It is said that there is no need to radiate from the crown of the head. Then the syllables

Oh, above and below is green, visualize the color of the light as blue, shimmering blue. Visualize the light shining inward, purifying your own sins and obscurations. Shining outward, purifying the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings, recite in this way. It is said that even if you possess the three dharmas of the path, there is no contradiction. Jowo Naropa recited such a mantra a million times, and the earth shook, and he received a prophecy. This profound instruction was spoken by the great Jowo Naropa to the wisdom dakini Niguma. She gave it to Khyunpo Naljor (503). He gave it to Ratna Virya. He gave it to Sangye Wonton. Before that, it was a single lineage transmission to each fortunate individual. It is said that at the time of giving, recite the tsokhor (feast offering) one hundred and eight times, or twenty-one times, and then give it. He gave it to Sangye Nyenton. He said that during consultation, give it to each disciple in pairs of two. He gave it to Sangye Tonpa. He gave it to Dharma Lord Shangton. The teachings of Dharma Lord Tonpa were compiled after taking notes four times. Namo Guru. In Chakrasamvara it says: In this life or the next, if you wish to attain the Sambhogakaya of great bliss, fill the central channel with the seven syllables, and bring the three kayas into the path. (504) Meaning: Visualize yourself transforming into the five deities, the father's root central channel, the thin end reaching the crown of the head, the thick end inserted into the anus, visualize the color as blue. Visualize it completely filled with the seven syllables, and then recite: Om Hrih Ha Ha Hum Hum Phat. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཧ་ཧ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།,Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ ह्रीः ह ह हुṃ हुṃ फट्,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hrīḥ ha ha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ,Literal Chinese meaning: Om Hrih Ha Ha Hum Hum Phat) After reciting, the seven syllables move up and down in the form of light, your body is filled with blue light, and all the diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations of body, speech, and mind are purified. Light radiates outward from every pore, purifying the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings, and transforming them into Chakrasamvara. Visualize that everything that appears as form also becomes Chakrasamvara. (505) In this way, all appearances are the body of Chakrasamvara, all sounds are the natural sound of mantra, and all thoughts are to bring the Dharmakaya into the path. That is, to visualize the body and appearances as deities, the aspect of appearance is the generation stage, the aspect of emptiness is the completion stage, and the union of appearance and emptiness, like the moon in water, is the union of generation and completion stages. In the First Thought Tantra it says: The aspect of appearance
