Meditate on that. Meditate on one who has the nature of light. Within that, on top of a white corpse with its head turned to the left. Visualize the venerable Dakini, with one face and two arms, her body red in color, adorned with the five bone ornaments, naked with her hair loose, crowned with five dry skulls, her three eyes staring upwards, her teeth slightly clenched and smiling. Her right hand holds a vajra chopper in a brandishing gesture, and her left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood at her heart. The vajra khatvanga is placed in her armpit (410). She wears a garland of fifty human heads. She is young and mature, her body full, her breasts bulging. Her right leg is extended, and her left leg is bent, in the center of the blazing fire of wisdom, swaying back and forth. Imagine her about to fly away. Then, make yourself happy. Visualize in the navel, which is located in the supreme bliss, a white bindu residing in the essence of A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). Visualize five rays of light radiating, purifying the defilements of the womb of oneself and others. Then, from the navel, the A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) rises upwards, appearing white and bright. It exits from the left nostril and dissolves into the heart of the venerable mother, visualizing one's own body as empty. Visualize that venerable mother also rising upwards with a topknot, like a Dakini shooting an arrow, going far away. Meditate on this seven times. After that, visualize the venerable Dakini descending from the sky, placing both feet (411) together on your crown. From her lotus, a red bodhicitta descends, with a white luster. Bliss descends like rain, entering from the fontanel at the crown of the head. Visualize the entire body filled with bodhicitta, receiving the four empowerments, and the uncontaminated bliss increasing. Place your mind on that for a moment. Then, visualize the venerable mother dissolving from the crown of the head and reaching the navel. Bliss pervades emptiness. Visualize the experience of inseparable bliss and emptiness arising. In that state, rest your mind without fabrication. Dedicate the merit to enlightenment. After meditating in this way for a long time, when the signs of death appear and you recognize that you are about to die. Give away your attachment to your body and possessions. Turn away from worldly distractions. (412) Pray to your guru and the Three Jewels. Make pure and correct aspirations. Then, meditate as before.

Visualize your navel chakra as the Noble Mother, the essence of the Noble Mother is all-knowing. From below, expanding from the navel, ascending from the crown aperture, going to the realm of the Dakinis, and abiding in the unborn great seal. By this, one will go to the realm of the Dakinis. The transference of bindu, which purifies the five places of arising all at once, is called the instruction of Lama Rahula, complete. Namo Guru. If you wish to perform the blessing of this Noble Mother, in a secluded and pleasant place, make a mandala smeared with five (fragrances). In the Reka empowerment ritual, within two concentric white circles, draw two stacked red Dharma sources. Arrange five bouquets of flowers (page 413). Place one vajra in the center. Then, recite the Sumbhani mantra towards the mirror mandala, smear wine and evenly smear with sindhura. With the left hand, or the painter, holding a golden pen, recite three letters and draw two stacked Dharma sources. In the center, surround the essence of body, speech, and mind with "vaṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: वं). At its end, draw seven or nine "a" (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: 阿) outwards. At the six corners, place armor mantras. On the six sides, draw six swirling Yungdrungs. Above it, arrange seven bouquets of flowers. Then recite: Om Mam Ham Yom Hri Mom Hri Hri Hum Hum Phet Phet. Place Manji on top of the previous mandala, and then sit on it. Offerings are made to it, the amount of offerings depends on ability, surrounding it in the form of Dharma sources. Place six tormas on the left. Place the offerings for the tsok on the right, the amount depending on ability (page 414). Then, the disciples bathe and sit in a row. Confess sins, take refuge, and generate bodhicitta. The teacher visualizes himself as the deity of instantaneous completion. On the sindhura in front, generate the Dakini and make hand mudra offerings. Make offerings with outer, inner, and secret offerings, pray, and recite. Then, the disciples offer flowers. The teacher Lama Rahula comes before you, thinking: If you have this thought, rely on this samadhi, which is the basis of all Buddhas of the ten directions and three times. Generate it with this cause, take this path as a condition, and attain the four bodies of all-knowing with this result. Meditate on this (practice). Lama Rahula
