The story of transforming samsara is also told. It is also said in the Sutra: When a hermit straightened his body and meditated, the monkeys there saw him, and after eating the fruit, the hermit imitated them, and non-discrimination arose. There is also a story that all the monkeys who died after that were reborn as gods of the Thirty-Three Heavens, saying that even mere non-discrimination has such great benefits. To put it aside for a while means that if you think that putting aside these Dharma-related affairs will turn into a false Dharma, it will not. It is said in the Lamdre: At this time of entering the path of the formless, it is the time to return to the form. When observing whether the formless is stable or not, it is the time to enter the form. For beginners who are not accustomed to the formless, even if they do it after gaining stability, or do not do it, it will be naturally fulfilled at that moment, so there is no acceptance or rejection of the form. The mind naturally abides in non-thought, because thoughts take the past, present, and future as objects, so it does not recall the past. Although it is said, "Do not recall the past," etc., what is to be abided in is not a real thing, but the meaning of no fabrication or change. That is to say, like before, do not do nine things, say nine things, do not think nine thoughts in your mind, all of these have become meaningless causes of samsara. Separate the three of body, speech, and mind from actions, and let them rest. These three mountains must also be found at this time. This rest of the mind is to discourage people. The auspicious mountain in the south, where the rest of the mind is the main thing, and the three of body, speech, and mind all rest. All sutras, tantras, treatises, and instructions say: Devotion to the guru is the essence of the profound, such as the ten bhumis and five paths, which cannot be found anywhere. Gesar said: Even if you travel the world, you will not find such teachings. Among them, "no difficulty" means praying to the qualified guru, and you can effortlessly obtain the accomplishments of the five Buddha families. It is said in the Tantra of the Lamp of Wisdom Light: Someone who practices the six paramitas for eighty-four thousand kalpas is not as good as remembering the deity's body with seven limbs for a moment, the merit is even more excellent. It is said like this.

If a qualified lama bestows blessings, one can attain liberation in a single lifetime or in a short period. Merely through the lama's blessings, it can happen in an instant. So it is said. Furthermore, if a qualified lama and a qualified disciple come together, liberation can be attained merely by seeing the lama's face, hearing the lama's voice, or relying on the lama's past actions. The term 'crown of the head' means that if one stays there, meditating on the heart while sleeping, there is an auspicious connection for realizing the clear light. If one is walking, meditating on the sky within reach of the hand will clarify the object of focus. The term 'residing in the palm of the hand' means that the three kayas (Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya) are inherently present and cannot be taken away. By eliminating closeness and negativity, one's wishes will be fulfilled. This refers to the spontaneously co-emergent wisdom, taught by the lama, which also possesses the three kayas. Relying on a lama has immeasurable benefits. The faults of not relying on a lama have already been mentioned in other teachings of Saraha. Regarding 'the nectar-like instructions from a qualified lama' and so on. The saying 'devotion is the main path' means that devotion to the lama is the root of all profound paths. In particular, Mahamudra is the path of devotion or the path of blessings, so devotion is necessary. The greater the devotion, the better the meditation; with medium devotion, the meditation is medium; with low devotion, the meditation is low; without devotion, there is no meditation, and one's fortune is severed. The saying 'again and again in the past' refers to Shang Mögchog's rock, where he practiced for twelve years without offering tsampa to his eyes, and directly saw countless yidams, giving rise to inconceivable compassion. He recognized that all of this was due to the lama's kindness, and therefore spoke in that way. It is not that there is a difference between good and bad yidams, but rather that devotion to the lama is the most steadfast masculinity. The saying 'a mother whose only son has died' is like an unintelligent mother who has a handsome and intelligent son. If that son dies, the mother, for a while, cannot escape the thought of him no matter what she does. Similarly, one needs to be inseparable from a qualified lama, no matter what one does. It is necessary to pray from the depths of one's heart and bones, pray! Please bless! Even if you don't bless, you know.
