Just as fencing prevents the smallest from running away, those who prioritize non-mentation adopt the lotus position. Birwapa considers squatting important because the lower wind is the wind of merit, where warmth arises, and relying on warmth produces bliss. They believe that relying on bliss gives rise to non-mentation. It is very important to adopt the seven postures of Vairochana because the tantras such as the Dakini Kuntuzangpo and the fundamental sadhanas have gathered many types of Tsa Lung yoga that strike the vital points of the body, all of which are summarized in these seven postures of Vairochana. Therefore, if the seven postures are well adjusted, the knots of the channels of the twenty-four realms will be untied, and from the purification of the elements (312), one will be liberated from obstacles, so this is very important. Because of its importance, both Sutra and Tantra say this, and at the beginning of the practical application of the four reliances, it is also said: "The body abides in the seven postures of Vairochana." Although only the seven postures are mentioned on the surface, because the state of the Vajra body is not explained in detail, one does not know how to strike the vital points. Because the mind strikes the mind, the path is long. In the Sambhuta Tantra, it says: "From the Paramita Vehicle, all of the eighty-four thousand Dharmas and the four thousand Dharmas, because they do not understand the reality of the body, all of those are without result." The Secret Mantra explains in detail the state of the Vajra body and how to strike the vital points, so it produces results quickly, (313) because striking the vital points of the body as the basis, the arising of conceptual thoughts in the mind as the dependent is the nature of the inseparability of body and mind. For example, if the body drinks alcohol, the mind becomes intoxicated, or if the cheek is hit by a stone, the mind cannot bear it. In short, it is very important for the body to enter the wheel, just as to make good pūlu, the wool itself must first be soft. Soft pūlu cannot be made from coarse wool. Therefore, the craftsman's line and the edge of the wall must be deep. The glorious Shavaripa said: "If you build a wall, the foundation of the edge must start from the ground." Dagpo Rinpoche said: "If you want to see the distant mountain, look from the nearby mountain. If you want the mind to abide, let the body enter the Tsa Lung yoga. If you want to meditate on emptiness, let appearance be determined." Phagmo Drupa said: "The Trul (314) of the Drikungpa
