And, one will not be disturbed by the harm of beings and non-humans. As it is said, no obstacles will arise. By generating Bodhicitta, it will transform into the Mahayana path. The so-called "one's own body," here one must definitely meditate on the Yidam of Anuttarayoga Tantra. Regarding this, even if one meditates on an extensive mandala, there is no conflict, and it is good. (306) But here, since the main focus is on the non-conceptual Completion Stage, meditate on something like a single hero or co-emergent wisdom. Moreover, visualize it clearly, not just as a basis or support, remember purity, stabilize pride, and meditate with clarity and brightness. From the heart of the Lama, rays of light emanate, inviting the root and lineage Lamas, Yidams, Dharma Protectors, etc., and there is no conflict in gradually absorbing them into the upper, middle, and lower parts of the body. The so-called "harmers" means that no obstacles will arise in the mind, and thinking of the local deities will not cause seminal reversal. The so-called "center of the heart" symbolizes being non-distracted and single-pointed. If the mind is distracted, blessings will not occur. In the Bodhicharyavatara, it says: Recitations and all austerities, even if diligently performed for a long time, if the mind is disturbed by other things, then all that is done is like meaningless knowledge. (307) Even if it is not completely meaningless, it refers to having very little meaning. In the Compassionate White Lotus Sutra, it says: If one practices with a mind accompanied by afflictions, like a star, one will not be able to produce fruit. As it is said, being non-distracted is very important. The teachings of the Dharma Lord say: According to this system, generally, prayers are offered with the three root words. Apart from that, since blessings and inspiring wisdom are very important, when praying, there is no need to be strict about words and melodies. Some people say "mine" and "his," thereby generating attachment and aversion, which is a misunderstanding. Prayer is taught as a method to liberate from Samsara, not to accumulate the karma of attachment and aversion by distinguishing between "mine" and "yours." Light emanates from the Lama's body, purifying obscurations, and one meditates on the external Yidam, emptiness internally, or (308) one visualizes bindus, with the nature of bliss, the size of mustard seeds, filling the entire body. If it vibrates, bliss arises, choose either one. Moreover, this is a special method for increasing essence and manifesting luminosity, so the latter should be done. Before receiving empowerment, visualize it as light, and after receiving empowerment, visualize it as bindus, this is the practice.

阿毗ṣiñcana(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)是洗涤污垢,阿毗ṣekaṭa(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)是安立福分。

Oh. The so-called "power of the three empowerments," in other guiding methods, although preliminary practices, purification of sins, prostrations, circumambulations, mandalas, etc., are explained, here, performing prayers and receiving empowerments is a quick sign of the purification of sins, and it is simple and easy to practice. There is no better method for purifying sins than this. Abhiṣiñcana (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) is to wash away impurities, and Abhiṣekaṭa (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) is to establish fortune. Furthermore, all paths of the secret mantra are included in empowerment. As stated in the Vajra Door Tantra: "The foundation relies on empowerment, the path is transcended through empowerment, and the fruit abides in empowerment." That is what is said. The so-called "three exhalations" can be done three or nine times, as appropriate. This is very important. For example, it is like sweeping in an empty house, or like a drop of rotten milk can contaminate a can of copper. If a bad turbid air remains in the channels, it will control all the airs, creating obstacles and disturbances. Therefore, exhaling air is said to be very important. A comfortable cushion is very important. All sadhanas emphasize sitting on a comfortable cushion. Or, sitting on a cushion with padding. That is what is said. Focusing both eyes on the tip of the nose is just a symbol. It is necessary to know according to the circumstances of dullness and agitation. Shoulders (310) level, arms extended outwards like bird's wings. Our heart is located between the two lungs, like a mother holding a child. Therefore, extending the arms outwards and making the chest full, both lungs are filled. In this way, the heart becomes incomparably clear, wisdom becomes bright and empty, and obstacles to samadhi do not arise. The tongue touching the palate, the breath will pass through the nasal cavity, and the mouth and nose will not dry out, and there is also the merit of controlling the breath. Leaving a slight gap between the teeth reduces obstacles. Do not deliberately exhale, nor deliberately inhale. Relax, do not forcefully exhale or inhale. The so-called "Bodhisattva posture," some consider the full lotus posture important, and some consider squatting important. But this and the Naropa tradition's full lotus posture are both important. The upper air is drawn in (311), and the lower air is naturally drawn in. For example, like a balloon with holes in the bottom. Like a funnel, the air will not leak from the largest hole.
