In the state of non-abiding, it is called patience. By the virtue of the three times, may all beings of the three realms, (269) Realize the true nature and possess it in one lifetime. The arrangement of the teaching method of the three aspects of Mahamudra self-arising, called the entrance to the path. From the words of the Lama, abandoning fabrication and self-creation, without adding or subtracting, In the solitary place of Sinpo Ri Dondrup (place name), it was written down by Kusalupa Shyönnu Drub (person's name). Ee! If one does not enter the essence of this Dharma lineage, and if one shows this Dharma to others before one's own experience and guidance are complete, the Six-Armed Protector with his retinue will subdue them. May the merit of writing this lead to the realization of Mahamudra. Good! (270) (271) Mahamudra. (272) I prostrate with reverence to the Lama, Yidam, Dharma Protector, and the assembly of Dakinis. Please grant permission to write down just a note so that I do not forget myself, and bestow blessings. Here, the teaching of the three aspects of Mahamudra self-arising, transmitted from the wisdom Dakini Niguma, has three meanings: preliminary, main practice, and subsequent practice. Those who wish to practice this, should sit comfortably on a cushion in a secluded place, (273) First, take refuge and generate Bodhicitta. On the crown of the head, visualize clearly the Yidam you practice, on a precious throne supported by eight lions, on a lotus and sun-moon cushion, the Lama you prefer, with a smiling and joyful face, in the form of light and rays. Just remembering him will not cause you to turn back, so what need is there to mention prayer? Contemplate the nature of the Lama as the Sambhogakaya form. (274) From his heart, light radiates, inviting all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the Yidam deities, Dakinis, Dharma Protectors, and all Lamas and lineages with whom you have a Dharma connection, even those who taught you the alphabet, transforming them into light and dissolving them. Becoming even brighter and more radiant than before, contemplate the nature of the Lama as the embodiment of all, the Yidam as the embodiment of all. Then, with your parents of this life and the harmful earth lords as the main ones, and all sentient beings as vast as the sky, join your palms together with respectful body, pray with respectful speech, and generate unwavering devotion with respectful mind. After contemplating in this way, recite in your own mouth: I pray to the precious Lama. And all sentient beings.

Thinking that everything should be prayed to Kudi Riri (275), Lama Rinpoche, for the benefit of all sentient beings, please abandon self-grasping. May the meaninglessly arise in the continuum, the great seal of luminosity, right now, immediately, may it arise in the continuum in this very place, please bless. Praying in this way with one mind. In general, the root of all vehicles, both great and small, is devotion to the guru. The guru is the Buddha, and praying to him will bring about all accomplishments. The teachings of the lineage gurus and the teachings of the guru Gnyan will definitely arise, and one should strive to pray. After praying in this way, immeasurable white light emanates from the guru's body and enters through one's own Brahma aperture. This purifies all the sins and obscurations of the three doors (276), as well as violations, breaches of vows, contradictions, offerings, effigies, and all heavy things. Black air is expelled from the pores, soles of the feet, fingers, lower gates, etc., and the body becomes as pure as a crystal ball, clear inside and out. Visualize that the outer form is the form of the deity, and the inner is empty. Again, from the guru's body emanates immeasurable bindus, the size of white mustard seeds, with the nature of bliss, entering through one's own Brahma aperture. As before, this purifies all impurities, filling up to the eyebrows. The sins of the body are purified. Visualize receiving the vase empowerment. Similarly, the throat is filled with speech and secrets, the heart is filled with mind and wisdom, and the area above the navel is filled. This purifies all the impurities of the three doors, (277) and visualize receiving the four empowerments. Finally, the entire body is filled, and just remembering or moving brings bliss. Then, blow air three times and rest in the state of non-conceptuality. Then, first, the three forms of the preliminary practice of self-liberation: refuge, bodhicitta, and the previously performed guru yoga. The body naturally sits in a comfortable vajra posture, with the hands in the earth-touching mudra, the spine straight, the abdomen against the spine, the arms extended, and the neck pulled back to slightly warm the upper body. The tongue touches the palate, the teeth and lips are naturally placed, and the body should not be too tense. Relax the four limbs and the root channels.
