The throat, heart, and entire body are filled. (Eliminating) the sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind, and merging with the blessings of body, speech, and mind. Meditate on the meaning of the four empowerments arising in the continuum. This is the oral instruction of the three hidden empowerments, which should be connected after each supplication. (184) Second, the method of abiding is: exhale three times the impure air. Sit comfortably in a wide lotus posture. Cover both palms on the knees, making the earth-pressing mudra. Straighten the spine upright. Press the abdomen against the back. Pull the arms back like the wings of a garuda. Bend the neck like an iron hook, placing the Adam's apple on top of the throat knot. As it is said in the Vajra Garland: "Sit in a comfortable seat for practice, fix both eyes on the tip of the nose, the nose is positioned directly above the navel, the shoulders are level and the tongue touches the palate, the teeth and lips are comfortably placed, release the exhalation and inhalation of breath, slightly, slightly without effort, just as it is, the arising and inhaling, abiding in the bodhisattva's lotus posture." Therefore, the body should be arranged in the seven-point posture of Vairochana. (185) Do not bend or hunch forward, backward, left, or right, but straighten upright. In the upright state, all four limbs and all four channels should not be tense, but naturally relaxed. Let the shoulder blades hang down as if the rope is broken. Not to mention worldly activities such as walking and sitting, even religious activities such as prostrations and circumambulations should be temporarily abandoned. Relax the body without doing anything, this is the natural state of the body. Not to mention worldly lies and slanders, abandon reciting sutras and mantras, and meditating on the entry and exit of breath. Let the tongue touch the palate, the teeth slightly apart, and the lips without opening or closing. Relax without doing anything, this is the natural state of speech. Do not dwell on the past, do not anticipate the future, do not cling to the present thought, but relax in a state without contraction or expansion of the three times, this is the natural state of mind. "Do not deviate from the elephant's gaze," which means that the elephant is drunk (186), without any particular attachment or rejection towards anything, the eyes do not blink, but stare blankly. Similarly, here the eyeballs should not move to the left or right, or forward or backward, without any attachment to anything, but stare blankly, without relying on anything, but release.

E ba. Mindful meditation is free from the conceptualization of wanting. Without even thinking, "This is a preliminary meditation," relax effortlessly in the three natural states. Without clinging to anything, completely dismantle and abide without modification. This is the first object of focus. Niguma said, "It means the desire deity is born of attachment." The Great Brahmin said, "The yogi whose eyes do not blink and whose mind does not meditate." Sukama Siddhi said, "Leave awareness without support." (187) Yogi. The Mother said, "The Bodhisattva Mahasattva who wishes to see with the gaze of an elephant should study the Prajnaparamita." The Kalachakra Tantra of Oral Instructions says, "Har is the oral instruction of profound meditation." Dampa Rinpoche said, "If awareness is pressed into emptiness by the gaze, then subtle and coarse conceptualizations cease." Sutras, tantras, treatises, and oral instructions all unanimously declare this method to be the supreme of the profound. Therefore, one should not differentiate between large and small, but should practice diligently. If the eyes do not move, the pulse does not shake. If the pulse does not shake, the wind does not move. If the wind does not move, the essence does not move. By this, the mind that relies on it will gain its own unwavering ground. The co-emergent wisdom that abides in oneself (188) will naturally arise. The Great Brahmin said, "The co-emergent cannot be expressed in words, the master's oral instruction is known by the eyes." Having meditated in this way, if the mind is controlled by sinking or excitement, then as before, visualize the Guru Yoga and pray with single-pointed devotion, knowing the Guru as the Buddha. The Wisdom Dakini Niguma said, "The stages of the ten bhumis and five paths should be crossed by the power of faith. Without separating from the appearance of the Guru, the essence of the tantric heart." The Two Examinations Tantra says, "The co-emergent, which is not spoken by others, cannot be found anywhere. It is known by relying on the master's skillful means and one's own merit." It also says: (189) "This wisdom of self-awareness transcends the path of speech and is the field of experience. This is for the sake of the stages of blessings, such is the omniscient wisdom." The Song says, "The master is the teacher, the father and mother of us all, one should remember this in the heart, what is he
