Those that are exceedingly special, offer them to the Guru. By offering them to all the Buddhas, it perpetually becomes the nature of offering. Offering them is a collection of merit, from which supreme accomplishments arise. Thus, if one possesses wealth, offer the best items, valuable items, necessary items, male and female servants that please the mind, gold and silver, livestock, grains (115), etc. By offering excellent items, supreme accomplishments are achieved, and incidentally, all common accomplishments are also achieved. As it is said, many past masters, for those who have not erred in their way of serving the Guru, will attain supreme accomplishments; for those who are middling, they will attain middling accomplishments; for those who are inferior, they will attain inferior accomplishments; for those who have erred in their way of serving, there will be no fruition, and stories of many faults will occur, which should be taught by the Guru according to the occasion. Disciples should not merely remain in listening to words, but should strive to put the meaning into practice as much as possible. With the body, circumambulate, and whatever service is needed, do as Jetsun Mila. With speech, strive to praise and respect. With the mind, do whatever you can to cultivate faith and virtues. Offer possessions. As instructed, strive in the direction of virtue with the three doors (116), then all virtues will increase more and more. The practice for this is: on the crown of your head, visualize yourself as the deity Chakrasamvara, above which is a vast and expansive jeweled throne, supported by eight lions, on top of which are four stacked cushions of lotus, sun, and moon. On top of that sits your root Guru, whose essence is clear light Dharmakaya, whose form is Sambhogakaya adorned with marks and signs, possessing the nature of light and rays, whose name alone can place you on the irreversible ground, not to mention the arising of two accomplishments if you pray. Think of him as one. From his heart, rays of light emanate, and all the root and lineage Gurus (117) from those with whom you have a Dharma connection, from the complete empowerment of the four onwards, to the teaching of the four letters "ཀ་、ཁ་", transform into the nature of light and rays, and dissolve into the Guru's body. Similarly, all the deities of the mandala of the Yidam, and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the Dharma protectors of wisdom

As the protective deities gradually dissolve into the upper and lower parts of the body, one should regard the Lama as the embodiment of all victorious ones. As it is said, "He is the embodiment of all Buddhas, the essence of Vajradhara, the root of the Three Jewels." This is the meaning of what is said. In front of him, all sentient beings of the six realms, led by the parents of the three times and the harmful local deities, also respectfully join their palms in body, respectfully pray in speech, and continuously generate devotion in mind. Offering the four offerings of outer, inner, secret, and suchness, (118) and offering mandalas as much as possible, with strong faith, they recite the lineage prayer in unison with them. Praying, "Precious Lama, the source of all accomplishments, for the benefit of all sentient beings, please bless me to let go of my self-grasping mind. May meaningless thoughts not arise in the continuum... May the realization of the clear light Great Perfection arise in the continuum right now..." Thus, from the center of the heart, the inside of the feet, and the depths of the bones, tears flow uncontrollably as they pray. From the Lama's body, countless white rays of light emanate, entering from the crown aperture of one's own head, purifying the defilements and habitual tendencies of body, speech, and mind, completely obtaining the four empowerments, and thinking that one has received the Lama's blessings. Second, meditating on the three natural states, first is the natural state of the body (119). As it is said, "In a secluded place, make the earth-pressing mudra, relax the four syllables, the veins, and the lips, this is the natural state of the body." Therefore, in a secluded and pleasant place, sit on a comfortable cushion, exhale three times to expel impurities, sit with legs in a comfortable vajra posture, place the palms of the hands on the knees, making the earth-pressing mudra. Keep the spine straight, the abdomen close to the back, stretch the arms back like the wings of a hawk, bend the neck like an iron hook, and place it on top of the Adam's apple. As it is said in the Vajra Garland, "The practitioner sits on a comfortable cushion, the eyes fixed on the tip of the nose, the nose is directly above the navel, the shoulders are level, the tongue touches the palate, the teeth and lips are relaxed, relax the exhalation and inhalation, slightly, slightly without effort. (120) Truly breathing in and out, is the bodhisattva's joy."
