Now it is named as such. Moreover, according to the grammarian's tradition, in words like śuddho 'ham (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:śuddho 'ham, pure I), the vowel letter 'a' (梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:a,阿) after 'et' (梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:et,this) and 'ata' (梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:ata, therefore) at the end of the word should be omitted, and the following vowel letter should be transformed into three consecutive short vertical lines, which can also be understood. The form of the three short vertical lines is written as a letter 'a' (梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:a,阿), which is said to be in terms of residing in the Vajra body. The description of the pill of fire arising from 'raṃ' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,让) and so on is an object of meditation through imagination. Through this example, it is also necessary to understand the difference between the way of abiding and the way of meditating. Like that, the bindu of substance, the nature of Vajra, sun, great light, the slayer of all impure realms, the inner Vajrayogini, becomes powerful by being fanned by the wind. In the center of the great bliss wheel, the Vajra moon, the nature of immaculate light, the inner Vajrayogini, becomes powerful by being fanned by the wind. In the center of the great bliss wheel, the Vajra moon, the nature of immaculate light, the inner Heruka, at the upper end of the central channel, like the shape of the root veins, adorned with the letter 'haṃ' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,吽), bindu, nāda (梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:nāda,நாத), one finger in size, head pointing downwards, filled with white bodhicitta, like a cool light, dripping nectar, that burning and dripping itself is the real basis of the meditation with skillful means. Here, too, is a way of questioning: In the Vajra words, it says, "aham (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:aham,I) burns and drips." Although it is clearly stated, in the Jagtsam Tritik, only the letter 'raṃ' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,让) burns, and there is no meditation on the letter 'haṃ' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,吽) dripping. What is the reason for this? The reason for the question is that, although the Vajra words directly state "aham (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:aham,I) burns and drips," in the instructions of Jagtsam and others, the three channels are clearly established. At the confluence of these three channels, there is only the meditation on the letter 'raṃ' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,让) arising from fire, and it does not explicitly show the letter 'haṃ' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,吽) dripping nectar and so on. Why is that? First, focus on the meditation of generating heat, and then separately and sequentially show the benefits of the letter 'haṃ' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,吽) dripping nectar and so on for oneself and others. This is in terms of that way. In the Great Accomplisher's Heart Essence Collection, the position of the four wheels, the two of union, on the central channel, the four wheels are formed by coiling around the navel, heart, throat, and crown, and not only burning, but also explicitly recording the letter 'haṃ' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,吽) dripping nectar and so on.

The author, and Jetsun Drolchok Zhap, regarding the visualization of consuming Tummo as food, similar to the instructions of Jag Sam, here also adopted the visualization of requesting worldly power. By offering the four complete offerings of bliss and warmth to the root guru at the crown of the head, a stream of great bliss nectar descended from the guru's body, filling one's own body and bestowing the four empowerments. This is also the profound specialty bestowed by the wisdom dakini. When practicing these yogas, it is essential to first expel the stale air and then practice vase breathing combined with the key points of the four unions. Regarding the method of practice, (517) from the Path Instructions of Jowo Naropa: Wind has four unions: inhaling, filling, pressing, and emitting, there are four aspects. It is said. Combining these with examples, like an iron hook, draw it in. Like a vase, fill it. Like a Chinese knot, bind it tightly. Like an arrow, shoot it upwards. The meaning is: from a distance of about sixteen fingers outside, silently inhale through both nostrils, press it below the navel, slightly draw up the lower wind, and hold the union, this is filling. When it is almost unbearable, reduce the amount of inhalation, press left and right simultaneously, this is pressing. Then, when it is almost unbearable and has not reached the limit, exhale from both nostrils, with less force at the beginning and end, and more force in the middle, this is emitting like an arrow (518). If you do not understand the four unions, there is a danger that merit will turn into fault. If you do not grasp the key points of the four unions, faults will arise, therefore you must pay attention to the four unions. This vase breathing yoga is a supreme skillful means for drawing in the wisdom of great bliss, therefore, in the precious tantras, there are limitless methods of practice. Among them, the clearest is what is said in the glorious Kalachakra Tantra: Close the mouth, from both nostrils, draw in all the external air with the force of life, like immaculate lightning, combine it with the downward-clearing wind. From the meditative union of Kalachakra, the flavors of the moon, sun, and fire become equal. On the body, hunger and thirst caused by food etc. are eliminated, and it even bestows immortality. Thus, the method and benefits of wind practice are explained (519). Vase
