Like an elephant's trunk, it is bent, therefore called Elephant-Nosed Woman; like a conch shell, it coils, therefore called Conch Woman; Bodhicitta is slow, blocked like musk, therefore called Deer Woman; like a lotus, sometimes open and sometimes closed, therefore (508) called Lotus Woman. When semen falls, it trembles greatly, therefore called Kundalini Mother. Furthermore, this central channel has other names: Awadhuti, meaning abandoning duality; because the sound of indestructible emptiness arises, it is called Bell Woman; below the navel there is no time, and above the navel it is called Rahu, etc. Therefore, purifying the central channel by practicing the path, one must also understand the coarse central channel in the state of an ordinary being, the subtle central channel after attaining the ground, and the original central channel after becoming a Buddha. The fourth is the central channel of meditation object, which is established by conceptual imputation when a yogi meditates, and its size, shape, color, etc., are not definite. From that coarse central channel, all the channels branch out like branches from a tree trunk. Among them, from below the navel (509), the right side is the Roma channel, and the left side is the Kyangma channel, both of which reach the crown chakra, then bend and enter the two nostrils. Roma, in Sanskrit, is rasanā (Devanagari: रसना, Romanization: rasanā, Literal meaning: taste), meaning the life force that nourishes the body, so it is Roma. Kyangma is lalanā (Devanagari: ललना, Romanization: lalanā, Literal meaning: playful woman), because the color hangs down, so it is Kyangma or Hanging Channel. In short, initially the red rule and Kunduma, meaning the yogini who travels the three paths of the sun, moon, and Rahu, refers to the red and yellow Roma, and the sheep Kyangma. Its meaning is also bent or hanging. Roma's other names are sun, dust, the channel of grasping, red and yellow, etc.; Kyangma's other names are moon, courage, the channel of holding, rule, etc. The four chakras are: the navel chakra is the emanation wheel, the heart chakra is the dharma wheel, (510) the throat chakra is the enjoyment wheel, and the crown chakra is the great bliss wheel. The reasons for placing them there are stated in the "Two Examinations Tantra": "That from which arises and emanates, the body is called the emanation body, the nature of mind is the nature of dharma, the dharma body also arises in the heart, the six tastes of food, are definitely said to be enjoyment, the throat is the place of the enjoyment wheel, and great bliss abides on the crown." As it is said.

Nala. Furthermore, from the path instructions of Jowo Naropa, regarding the explanation of the key points of time: "Sleep and dream absorption, and ordinary times are fourfold." That is, during deep sleep, the mind resides in the heart. At that time, the winds naturally enter the central channel. At that time, experiencing the Dharmakaya intention free from all conceptual thoughts, the heart is therefore called the Dharma wheel. Then, as the winds escape through the two channels, Rasanā and Lalanā, various dream appearances arise. At that time, awareness resides in the throat. Experiencing the Sambhogakaya intention, the throat is therefore called the Enjoyment wheel. Awakening from sleep, passing through the two channels, Rasanā and Lalanā, during the daytime, awareness resides in the navel. Experiencing the Nirmanakaya intention, the navel is therefore called the Emanation wheel. During absorption, awareness resides in the crown, and the body and mind are filled with bliss. Experiencing great bliss, the crown is therefore called the Great Bliss wheel. The nature of mind is like a Chakravartin king, who resides in the four continents in turn. Just as he only resides in the central region, so too does the mind. In the four states, it moves and resides from the navel to the navel within the central channel itself. The so-called "A Hum burning and dripping," in the "Two Examinations" it says: "Igniting the heat at the navel, burning the five Tathagatas, also burning the eyes and so on, after burning, the rabbit-marked Ham (ཧཾ,梵文 देवनागरी: हं,梵文罗马转写:haṃ,字面意思:哈) drips." This is its meaning. Moreover, A means Ashat. In Naropa's song of instruction to Marpa, it says: "Outwardly, the illusory body of a deity, inwardly, the three channels and four wheels. Below is Ashat Chandali, above is the letter Ham with form. On the upper and lower wind wheels, practice the life-giving vase breathing. Burning is the experience of bliss-emptiness clarity, the name is also called the Tummo instruction. Is the key point of the wind small, translator?" The Ashat that is spoken of is below the navel. It means that half a finger of the central channel in the center of the secret wheel, which is bent into three strands, is filled with red bodhicitta, shaped like a bluta, shining like lightning, that is it. It is the changed position of A-thung, so the shape of A-thung is like Shat, so the essence is the letter A, so it is unified as Ashat.
