Think about it. Third, the transference of blessing from the lama is: Visualize the lama in the sky about an arrow's length above the crown of your head, having meditated on yourself as the yidam, and pray as before. In the navel, visualize your own mind as a white drop, the nature of the dharmakaya. The drop, like an arrow shot, emerges from the crown of the head and dissolves into the heart of the lama. Visualize the lama's heart and your own mind as inseparable, the nature of the dharmakaya, free from conceptualization. Generate single-pointed devotion. Fourth, the unerring transference of the dakini is shown separately on page (452). Here, practice the transference of the wisdom star window. Meditate on the generation of bodhicitta and the yoga of the lama. Pray as before. Do as many recitations as possible. This is the method of recitation taught by Sukama. Then, with yourself abiding as the yidam, visualize the central channel, white on the outside and red on the inside, with the nature of light. The upper end reaches the Brahma aperture, and the lower end is inserted into the secret place. Inside, it is empty and hollow. Directly in the center of the navel, visualize the dharma origin, white on the outside and red on the inside, with the nature of light, shown on the side in front. Visualize one shown on the back. Within it, visualize the nature of consciousness, a white Ah (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:Ah), radiating light, about to fly out. Then, exhale the stale air three times, shake the waist three times, straighten the spine, and slowly draw up the upper and lower airs, holding them tightly. In particular, draw up the lower air forcefully, so that the navel strikes the spine like rain. The mouth of the dharma origin in the navel contracts inward, and the Ah in the navel involuntarily extends upward within the Avadhuti Avadhuti). The Ah dissolves into light and disappears. In this state, rest together in the great seal. Do this seven times. Sukama said to do twenty-one times in each session. Then, afterwards, visualize an Ah coming from the crown of the head through the path, emerging from the Brahma (454) aperture, dripping down like butter in the central channel, and appearing white in the dharma origin. Rest in the state of inseparable bliss and emptiness. Such a practice should be cultivated to the best of one's ability. Thus, three signs appear: superior, middling, and inferior. In the superior case, the crown of the head bursts open, and blood and serum come out. In the middling case, the crown of the head swells.

will come. Finally, the crown of the head will feel tingling, moving, and trembling, etc. First, the pulse on the left and right sides of the back of the neck will tighten and ache. If you go without thinking, the best case is that the pulse in front will ache, and the medium case is without thinking. Finally, the head will feel tingling, and many accumulations will occur. Therefore, this will not happen, so it must be the first two cases, (page 455) it is said. If this happens, it is a sign of accomplishment. If you are worried about falling ashes during meditation, press down on the head with a precious container. This can stop it, but other methods will not work, it is said. For the person who relies on meditation like this, when will all the signs of death be complete, and are you convinced that you will definitely die? Or, the special observation is, according to Lama RaHuLa's view: If you move together, the yogi will die quickly. It is said that the sign of the life-force merging into the central channel is that if a uniform "shush" sound comes out of the mouth and nose at the same time, then this sign indicates that death is certain. Therefore, do not be attached to your body, possessions, relatives, and any relationships. Know that all phenomena of existence (page 456), samsara and nirvana, are like dreams and illusions, and do not be attached to anything. Take refuge and generate bodhicitta. Remember the deity, visualize the guru on the crown of your head, and pray. Make pure and vast aspirations for the benefit of others. Banish noise and distraction, live alone, and perform transference of consciousness. Moreover, first, the oral instruction for opening the channels is: oneself and the female bindu, guide both the air and mind upwards, use heat to open the channels, and the human brain protects against obstacles. It is said. Like this, place these four substances in the palm of your hand, rub them with the left ring finger, recite the mantra of the yidam deity (457), apply it to the crown of your head, and leave it naturally without holding your breath. The visualization is: extend the "A" (Tibetan: ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无) of the Dharmadhatu upwards, abide in the unborn state, and perform transference of consciousness from that state. By doing this, you will realize the clear light mahamudra in the bardo, and thus attain perfect enlightenment. Or, because bodhicitta comes first, in the navel chakra where you visualize yourself as the yidam, visualize a white "A" (Tibetan: ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无) syllable inside the Dharmadhatu. Then inhale the lower air and press down on the upper air, so that the "A" (Tibetan: ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无) syllable rises up in the Avadhuti (梵文天城体:अवधूत,梵文罗马拟音:avadhūta,汉语字面意思:离垢者), and the sound of "A A" (Tibetan: ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无) is lengthened on the crown of the head, and contemplate entering into emptiness. In this way (458) you will become a Buddha in the bardo.
