Like a torrential flood, all impurities are cleansed away, the body is as if wiped clean with a cloth, or like a clear crystal ball that has been wiped clean, transparent inside and out. Sometimes repeat as before, and purify and expand it. Practice in all meditation and post-meditation. In this way, all sins, broken vows, offerings, body, entrustment, and defilements will be purified. Second, (394) the Dakini practice to eliminate diseases and evil spirits: For hot diseases, visualize nectar with a white color and a cool touch, like a stream of camphor water. Coldness appears in a drizzling manner, pacifying all fever. For cold diseases, visualize nectar with a red color and a hot touch, like molten copper, steaming hot. For wind diseases, visualize its essence as nectar and its form as nourishing melted butter. For evil spirits, visualize its essence as nectar and its form as many small wrathful deities appearing. Visualize all evil spirits being driven away like many kinds of creatures such as insects. Third, the characteristics of the three signs of Dakini practice: Vomiting, bathing, wearing white clothes, flying, and the rising of the sun and moon (395) are signs of the exhaustion of obscurations. The body discharging dust, pus, and the hot air of disease, and the discharge of pus and blood are signs of the disappearance of disease. The appearance of many kinds of creatures such as ants is a sign of the disappearance of evil spirits. Various signs will appear, whether in reality or in dreams. The main practice is divided into five parts. First, the human Dakini of the body's key points: First, generate Bodhicitta. Visualize yourself instantly transforming into the Supreme Mother, and visualize the Lama on a lotus and sun disc on the crown of your head. Pray to the precious Lama: Please grant that the Samadhi of bliss and warmth may arise in my mindstream. Please grant that the Samadhi of bliss and emptiness may arise in my mindstream (396). Pray in this way. Exhale three times to expel impure air. This is necessary to avoid reversed winds and blocked channels. Then sit in the lotus position with your legs crossed, straighten your spine, and slightly tuck in your chin. Place the palms of your hands on your knees. Visualize your body externally as the form of the Supreme Mother, and internally like a red-hot earthenware pot, empty inside, with a red color and a hot touch. Inside the abdomen, in the four directions directly in front of the navel, visualize fires the size of goose eggs, like a blacksmith's

Just like embers, focus on the state of being about to ignite but not yet ignited. Combine the breaths and hold them as much as possible. If you cannot hold them, exhale slowly and meditate (397). Here, visualize the crown as the Great Bliss Wheel, with the thirty-two deities of Guhyasamaja; the throat as the Enjoyment Wheel, with the thirty-five deities of Maha Maya; the heart as the Dharma Wheel, with the nine deities of Hevajra; and the navel as the Emanation Wheel, with the nature of the sixty-four deities of Chakrasamvara. Visualize ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ham, Romanized ham, Literal meaning: seed syllable) at the crown as the Guru Vajradhara, and ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari a, Romanized a, Literal meaning: seed syllable) at the navel as Vajravarahi. The Guru at the crown unites equally (with Vajravarahi). From the vase filled with Amitayus below the navel, flames arise and strike the Guru parents. From the union of the two, immeasurable light of great bliss radiates. Transform sentient beings into Buddhas, and gather all accomplished Buddhas into the Guru parents. From there, nectar descends, filling the body and the form of Amitayus. Meditate on the radiance of that form filling the body and the entire three thousand worlds, meditating on burning and dripping. Second, to eat Tummo as food: Visualize yourself as Jetsunma, and visualize the Guru at the crown (398). Pray as before. Exhale impure air three times. Then cross the legs, make the fish mudra with the hands, and place the elbows on the knees. Straighten the spine, bend the neck, the upper end of the central channel opens to the Brahma aperture, and the lower end to the secret place. The upper ends of the two side channels open to the two nostrils, and the lower ends insert four fingers below the navel. Visualize ཡྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari yam, Romanized yam, Literal meaning: seed syllable) at the secret place, with a bow-shaped wind mandala above it, and above that, visualize a red རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ram, Romanized ram, Literal meaning: seed syllable) the size of a pea. Then, combine the two breaths, causing the wind to stir from ཡྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari yam, Romanized yam, Literal meaning: seed syllable), and the fire to ignite from རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ram, Romanized ram, Literal meaning: seed syllable) with sound, rising up the central channel, visualizing the abdomen filling with fire. That fire is like a silkworm or a female demon (399), thin at the base, thick at the waist, sharp at the tip, reaching the throat. Especially focus on the fire burning from རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ram, Romanized ram, Literal meaning: seed syllable). Cross the hands and hold the thumbs of the feet. Rotate the body, hold the breath in the mouth, and focus the mind on the burning fire, and meditate. In between, rest in the previous body posture. If dust appears, apply the dawn urine to the body, count and wipe it off. You can also apply fine ashes. Third, to wear as clothing, and fourth
