It is finished. Third, there are four stages in the process of generation and completion: practicing as external, practicing as internal, practicing as secret, and practicing as it is. The first is: The stupa of glorious Drepung Monastery is made of four or five kinds of precious jewels, its outer form is that of a stupa, and its interior is a palace and a mandala of the five tantra classes. Opening the east gate, in the center is Guhyasamaja, and in the east is Hevajra. Opening the south gate is Chakrasamvara. Opening the west gate is Mahamaya. Opening the north gate, it appears as the mandala of Vajrabhairava. These also arise from the five aspects of Hevajra's body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities (226). Guhyasamaja appears as the manifestation of Hevajra's body. Mahamaya arises from speech. Hevajra arises from mind. Chakrasamvara arises from qualities. Vajrabhairava appears as activity. Therefore, meditating on Hevajra as a single deity is equivalent to meditating on the mandala of the five tantra classes and all the victors. As it says in the "Ocean of Jewels": Meditating on one victor is the nature of all Buddhas. All Buddhas are the nature of the five families. Therefore, the five tantra classes appear as the mandala of the mind according to one's desire. If you want to see Guhyasamaja Hevajra, open the east gate. Similarly, open whichever gate you want to see, regard that deity as the mandala of the mind, and by practicing, you will quickly see it. This shows the method of practicing as external. The second is: Just as the external stupa of Drepung (227) is made of four or five kinds of precious jewels, one's own body also appears as the external manifestation composed of the four elements. Therefore, meditating on Hevajra alone is equivalent to meditating on the five tantra classes. The five rays of light from the five aspects of Hevajra's body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities shine in the five directions, appearing as the mandala of the five tantra classes. Just as the interior of Drepung appears as the palace and the deities of the five tantra classes, the five chakras of the inner body also appear as the mandala of the five tantra classes. This shows the method of practicing as internal. The third is: The bindu of bliss and melting in the five places is the union of bliss, clarity, non-thought, and emptiness, which are indivisible.

That is non-conceptual, just as it is. Fourth, it is the meaning of the five rays of light of body, speech (228), mind, qualities, and activities. The five wisdoms have five signs, which are the five mandalas of the five deity families: the meaning of the white light of the body at the crown of the head. Secret union for the mirror-like wisdom. The body arises in bliss, which is the vase empowerment, the nirmanakaya. The meaning of the red light of speech at the throat, the discriminating wisdom has the sign of the parents of Maha Maya, bliss and clarity arise, which is the third empowerment, the dharmakaya. The meaning of the yellow light of qualities at the navel, the wisdom of equality has the sign of Ratnasambhava, grasping at the three of body, speech, and mind as distinct, that is, emptiness, inexpressible, arises, which is the fourth empowerment, the great bliss body. The meaning of the green light of activity at the secret place, bliss and emptiness, the wisdom of accomplishing activities has the sign of spontaneous accomplishment of activity, the bliss and clarity of meaningful accomplishment, non-conceptual, emptiness, inseparable (229), the yuganaddha Vajradhara body arises. Thus, the wheel of inexhaustible ornaments of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, until samsara is empty, spontaneously accomplishes the benefit of others. This shows the teaching of what is truly spoken or practiced. Fourth, it is the yoga of food, and knowing the torma from the mouth. The object to be purified is the five skandhas or the three of body, speech, and mind, the navel and the secret place, and the five places. The purifier is the five lights, the meaning is the five wisdoms. The sign is the five stages of the five tantras of the five places, the five families of the generation stage. The object to be purified is ignorance or the five poisons. The purifier is the five bindus of the five places, bliss, clarity, non-conceptuality, emptiness, the union of the five inseparables and the completion stage. Thus (230), the nature of the generation and completion stages of the five tantras, with the empowerment of the fruit. This is the intention of the Kagyu lineage, the life essence of the dakinis, the heart essence of the great accomplished masters, buddhahood can be attained without years or months. One seat, one session, in one instant, five paths, five stages, the single lineage of practicing the four mudras, this is the tradition of myself, Kyungpo Naljorpa. Emaho! The precious lama said: I have taken priceless gold, wherever I go, north or south, there is no teaching deeper or more important than this. He said it three times and bowed his head.
