From the Ornament of the Earth: There is nothing to clarify here. There is nothing to establish. Look directly at reality. Seeing reality, one is liberated. Therefore, the four mudras are: The clear-void samaya, The bliss-void action, The appearance-void dharma, The union of these is the Great Mudra. In detail, the meaning of the words Great Mudra is: In Sanskrit: Mahamudra. Mudra (184) means not transcending, not dividing, not being empty, not being without gathering and dispersing. Therefore, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, from their own places, do not lose their original color, do not change color, in the three times and timelessness, do not transcend the naturally co-emergent wisdom, hence it is called 'Mudra Maha'. There is nothing else above it, hence it is called 'Great'. That is, applying awareness to the moment, when a thought suddenly arises, without making any affirmation or negation of that thought, that naked thought itself is the substance of co-emergent wisdom. Whether realized or not, it does not move or deviate from it, hence it is called 'Mudra'. Apart from that thought, there is no co-emergent wisdom to be sought (185), hence it is called 'Great'. From the Great Mudra Tilaka Tantra: The hand is the wisdom of emptiness, The seal is liberation from the dharma of samsara, Great is the union, Therefore it is called the Great Mudra. In short, the self-nature of the Great Mudra, Through the transference of blessings, one obtains the single transmission of meaning, Thus ordinary awareness recognizes meditation, On the level of awareness, stone and bone meet, Being content with oneself in one's own place, It is crucial to be able to withstand circumstances. All the ups and downs of various thoughts, Are used to train the non-conceptual power of the Dharmakaya, Mindfulness is the supreme essential profound path, May self-liberation, great bliss, spontaneously accomplish! The realization and non-realization of the wisdom dakini Niguma, As instructed by the lama, was written down by the mantra holder Dhvajalaksha. Complete. The wise and virtuous (186) Youthful Accomplisher said: Between conceptual thought and Dharmakaya, There is only the difference between recognizing and not recognizing, realizing and not realizing, being aware and not being aware, looking outward and looking inward. Thus he said. Maitripa said: Experience is ordinary itself, Clear in nature like the sky, Without hope, fear, acceptance, or rejection, no dualistic grasping, Realizing this is Samantabhadra.

. It says in the Inconceivable Tantra: Realization, habituation, and completion are not present in this, but in the very moment of realization, one definitely abides on the fourteenth ground. Thus it is said. In the Sutra Requested by Dewa Lodrö, it says: Therefore, by realizing this mind itself, one is the unerring Buddha. Thus it is said. The Great Brahmin said: Do not grasp, do not abandon, leave it in its natural state. When thoughts (page 186) arise, look at that itself. Do not distinguish between water and waves. Thus it is said. It is taught in Inexhaustible Intelligence: In order to realize these afflictions, one becomes enlightened, and whatever the nature of the afflictions is, that is also the nature of enlightenment. Thus it is said. In the Sutra Requested by Lodrö Gyatso, it says: One becomes enlightened by realizing the equality of all phenomena, therefore a Bodhisattva should not think of enlightenment as being far away. Thus it is said. ཨྀིྠ།།(Tibetan seed syllable)(Sanskrit Devanagari: ཨྀྠ)(Sanskrit Romanization: ītha)(Literal Chinese meaning: Freedom). The Quintessential Instructions on the Three Bardos Without Superior. Homage (page 188) to the lotus feet of the noble Lama. Humbly I write the instructions of the Dakinis. Therein, the three bodies of the Bardo, which are the object of practice for a yogi, the means of practice are the generation and completion stages, dreams, and clear light. From the Tantra of the Play of Wisdom: The three bodies of the Bardos, are practiced through generation and completion, and dreams. And from the Hevajra Tantra: How is the Bardo of birth and death like the Bardo of illusion and dreams? How is it the Bardo of the intermediate existence? Thus it is said. (page 189) Therein, the three bodies of the Bardo, which are the object of practice, are: The Bardo of birth and death, the Bardo of dreams, the Bardo of existence. The first is: The Bardo of birth and death, from birth until death, is the Bardo of birth and death, which is the body of maturation. Why is it called the body of maturation? Because one accumulates many virtuous and non-virtuous actions, and experiences various kinds of happiness and suffering, therefore it is the body of maturation. The second is: The Bardo of dreams, from falling asleep until waking up, is the Bardo of dreams, which is the body of imprints. Why is it called the body (page 190) of imprints? Because various imprints of this life cause dreams to arise, therefore it is the body of dream imprints. The third is: The Bardo of existence, from death until taking rebirth, is the Bardo of existence, which is the mind body. Why is it called the mind body? Because it feeds on scents, the mind is like an illusion, the senses are complete,
