The four petals of the mandala symbolize the four directions, with a white center, surrounded by whatever offerings and tormas are available. In the center, on a lion jewel throne and lotus, and on the sun and moon, is the essence of the lama, in the form of Heruka, white in color, holding a vajra and bell, embracing the consort Vajravarahi, adorned with human heads and bone ornaments, possessing the demeanor of the nine dances. In the four directions, generate four Dakini goddesses of great bliss, holding a curved knife and skull cup. In the east, generate Hevajra, in the south, Guhyasamaja, in the west, Mahamaya, and in the north, the Bhairava deities. The teacher meditates on self-generation, recites mantras, meditates on front-generation, offers tormas, and receives self-entry. The student bathes, offers a mandala, and performs the preliminary practices in detail or brief according to the occasion. Instruct the student to meditate on the crown of their head as before. The actual empowerment is as follows: A golden mandala, and in front of oneself, in a wide and large skull cup that is white on the outside and red on the inside, bless one's own ripened body as the five meats and five amritas and offer them. Visualize filling the three thousand worlds with jewels and gold and offering them as a gift. Then make the request: Precious Lama, please grant me the vase empowerment, please bestow upon me all the blessings of the body. Having made this request, the essence of the central Chakrasamvara Lama emanates light from the white Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at the crown of the head. The wisdom nectar of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas comes forth in the form of white light and dissolves into the Lama's Om From the Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) arises a stream of wisdom nectar, which dissolves into the Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at one's eyebrow, and one contemplates that the diseases, evil influences, and obscurations of the body are purified. The Lama also contemplates in the same way, and recites the names of the lineage Lamas, and blesses them quickly now. Invoke wisdom with the sound of music and the smoke of gugul incense. The blessings of the body enter, and the vase empowerment is obtained. Again, offer as before, and request the secret empowerment and the wisdom empowerment of mind and wisdom being non-dual. Having made this request, the A (藏文:ཨཱ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:Ah) of the Lama's throat and the blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) of the heart possess the emanation and reabsorption of light rays as before. Receive the second and third empowerments. Again, offer, and request the fourth empowerment, the Lama's three places

From the letter i, light radiates and is gathered, dissolving into one's own three places. The entire body is filled with light. All diseases, demonic influences, and defilements of body, speech, and mind are completely purified. The body is the appearance of the deity, and in the state of no inherent existence, leaving the mind uncorrected is the fourth empowerment. From the Tantra of the Ocean of Wisdom: From the mandala of the Guru's body, fully receive the four empowerments, traverse all the stages of the path. Thus, say three times. This is (168) the outer four empowerments. Again, the appearance of the light of the Joyful One of the East dissolves into the Bliss Supreme of the Center. Likewise, it dissolves gradually. The Bliss Supreme, flickering like light, dissolves into the crown of the head, reaching the space between the eyebrows, and the vase empowerment is obtained. Reaching the throat, the second is obtained. Reaching the heart, the third is obtained. Reaching the navel, gathering and dissolving occurs. Clear and empty, the nature of reality is like a cloudless sky, and in the state of non-objectification, leaving the mind uncorrected is the fourth empowerment, which is the inner four empowerments. The profound path is: From the Guru's three places, light radiates, gathers, and summarizes the qualities of the bodies of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in general. In particular, the small body of Chakrasamvara, with immeasurable complete limbs (169), arises from the Guru's brow and dissolves into one's own brow. The blessings of the body enter. The impurities of the body are purified. The vase empowerment is obtained. Likewise, red, white, yellow, and green dissolve into the three places, and the second, third, and fourth empowerments are obtained. The blessings of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities enter. All the defilements of the three doors are completely purified. The fourteen root downfalls and the instructions for realizing the Great Seal, the essence of great bliss, the nature body, are directly pointed out. This is the profound path. The subsequent practices should be understood according to the common procedures. May there be auspiciousness! May it be auspicious! The practice of Mahamudra, realization and non-realization, is presented. Homage to the गुरु (藏文,梵文天城体,gurū,上师, Guru). Possessing skillful means and compassion as its nature, the wish-fulfilling jewel, the auspicious protector of beings, who introduces conceptual thoughts as (170) Dharmakaya, I prostrate to the feet of the Guru, the protector of beings. Furthermore, for the continuum of sentient beings of the fully enlightened Buddha, as antidotes to the eighty-four thousand afflictions, so many doors of Dharma are taught. These afflictions are condensed into the five poisons. To abandon these poisons, through the common vehicle, one meditates on desire as being filled with thirty-two substances of impurity, and so on.
