Me! May the hungry ghosts who harm me be satisfied with the stream of nectar. Then, in the vajra posture, place the blazing mudra at your heart. Look at the ten directions with wrathful eyes, and with the fire wheel of the seeds of the ten directions, think of dispelling what harms you. Recite the wrathful mantra a little. If anger arises in the mind, and the fruit stings in the upper part of the body, sit in the vajra posture in front of your chest, cross your fingers in front of your chest, and twist three times to the left and right. Look left and right with wrathful eyes. Then, with the mudra of equanimity, bind it to the abdomen and strike it three times. If lust arises in the mind (751), and the fruit causes illness in the lower part of the body, stretch out your body and your left leg. Make the mudra of twisting thread with your hands. These two are one object of focus, at the heart is the letter ma and the red and white bindu combined, think that bliss and emptiness arise in the mind. If there is no warmth inside when it is lost outside, separate the body and mind and gather them together. It is the fire of fierce fire. That fire is as thin as a thread. Think that the central channel is illusory and the feet are flat, and focus your mind on it and meditate clearly. If warmth arises and there is no bliss, the instruction for lowering the bindu is, on a cushion three spans long, stand up with your buttocks and raise your threatening finger. Twist and twist the front edge, and likewise the back edge below it, the bodhisattva (752) sits in the vajra posture and holds the ring finger. Twist violently and peel off the finger root, then shake it three times. By that, bliss is lowered. Whatever physical exercises you do, it is very important to hold your breath. The oral instruction of the dakini Niguma. ཨྀིྠཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) ༈ The Eight-Spoked Wheel: Homage to the guru (Tibetan, Devanagari, guru, teacher). With bodhicitta as the preliminary, visualize a blue eight-spoked wheel on the crown of your head. At its center, focus a little on the mantra ཨཽ༚་ཧྲཱི་ཧ་ཧ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Auṃ hrīḥ ha ha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ, Om Hrih Ha Ha Hum Hum Phat) rotating to the left. From this, blue rays of light radiate, and think that the sins and obscurations of the body are purified. At the throat, a four-spoked wheel, bluish-gray, with its center, the mantra ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧྲཱིཿཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, oṃ āḥ hrīḥ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Om Ah Hrih Hum Phat Svaha) rotating to the right, focus your mind on it, (753) from this, rays of light radiate, and think that the obscurations accumulated by speech are purified.

With an eight-spoked wheel at the navel chakra, focus on the mantra "Oṃ deva picu vajra hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (藏文:ཨོཾ་དེ་ཝ་པི་ཙུ་བཛྲ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ deva picu vajra hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā,English literal meaning: Om, god, picu, vajra, hum, hum, hum, phat, svaha)" rotating to the right, emitting a blue light. The entire body is illuminated by the light, and all the sins, defilements, and habitual tendencies accumulated in the mind are purified, the body is like a pure crystal ball. Visualize that everything inside and out becomes clear and transparent. Then, gather the letter and everything in the heart upwards, dissolving into the letter and everything in the throat chakra. The throat chakra dissolves into the crown chakra, and meditate on the body becoming empty and clear. Then, inhale the lower air, connect the navel chakra to the spine, and press down the breath (754). Keep the eyes half-open, maintain awareness, not relying on anything, and abide in the state of Mahamudra. Chakrasamvara, Hevajra, and Maha Maya, this instruction combining the three tantras, if practiced continuously at dawn, will greatly benefit virtuous actions. It will not be affected by the shadows of breaking vows and violating commitments, it will become a vajra bath. It will not be affected by diseases and evil spirits, and the merits are immeasurable. The oral instruction of the Dakini Niguma is completed. Iti. For protecting against obstacles: Homage to the supreme gurus! The method for protecting against the obstacles of yogis and transferring consciousness to the yidam deity is: On the way of Guru Shangpa going to India, a dakini came from a forest, and she said, "Obstacles will arise in the (755) life of the yogi, I will teach a method of protection." Then, the Dakini Niguma gave this protection method to Guru Shangpa. First, the yogi meditates on loving-kindness, compassion, and bodhicitta. Then, visualize your body appearing as Vajrayogini. In the heart of Vajrayogini, visualize a red and black letter "Bam (藏文:བྃ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:baṃ,English literal meaning: Bam)". Light radiates from the letter "Bam", inviting Vajrayogini from her natural abode, and visualize her residing on your crown with her feet spread apart. Then, pray with devotion three times. Think, "This is the virtuous friend who guides my path!" Think, "This is the yidam who grants me accomplishments!" Think, "This is the one who removes my obstacles (756)!" Pray with devotion three times, and the Vajrayogini's
