Previously, one should sit comfortably on a cushion and gradually meditate on the three samadhis with the five limbs. Thus, the nature appears everywhere. If the samadhi of origination is to be placed, it should be held in the left armpit. Then, meditate on the syllable Om (唵,Sanskrit: Om, Romanized Sanskrit: Oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡) in one's own folded hands. Recite "Om Dukayena Ma" twice. One is the venerable Vajrayogini, with a red body, one face, and four arms. To show the sign of seeing the three times, she has three eyes. From those (eyes) rays of light emanate, accomplishing the two benefits and then returning. The hair is loose and hanging down to the shoulders as a sign of benefiting beings. The body is naked, adorned with all bone ornaments. Outwardly, she is a lion, shaking her mane, the venerable lion-faced one who subdues the three realms. Inwardly, she is the venerable one with one face and four arms. The first right hand holds a vajra chopper at the heart, as a sign of cutting off one's own thoughts. The first left hand holds a raised sword, as a sign of completely cutting off afflictions and habitual tendencies. The last right hand holds a khatvanga (Sanskrit: Khaṭvāṅga, Romanized Sanskrit: Khaṭvāṅga, Literal Chinese meaning: 天杖) with three points pointing to the sky, as a sign of completely cutting off the three poisons. The last left hand holds a skull cup filled with five nectars, and drinks it with the mouth, as a sign of blessing the five poisons as five nectars. The seat is on a stacked lotus of sun and moon, and on top of the five dakinis is a seat of crossed corpses, as a sign of the greatness of qualities surpassing others, and as a sign of not many realizations. The feet are in a half-lotus position. Generate the one (deity). At the heart, Om Dukayena Ma rotates to the right. From the nature of the three channels in the center of that (heart), rays of light emanate, drawing the life force of all beings of the three realms into (one's) mouth, and imagine (them) sipping and sucking at the heart. Constantly recite Om Dukayena Ma, and also recite Om Dukarana Ma. The offering of the torma is like a hundred thousand suns with the characteristics of a skull cup. The desire realm is red, the form realm is white, and the formless realm is black. Imagine purifying obscurations and completely cutting off birth and death, this is the inner aspect. Together with Tara, together with the lotus circle, point the kha (torma) to oneself and eat it oneself. Om (唵,Sanskrit: Om, Romanized Sanskrit: Oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡) Ah (Āḥ, Sanskrit: Āḥ, Romanized Sanskrit: Āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 啊) Hum (Hūṃ, Sanskrit: Hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: Hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽). Bless the lotus torma as nectar, recite Om Dukayena Ma Kha Hi many times and offer it. The practice method of Vajrayogini is complete. Om Harini Sa Arini

The oral instructions of Offer the torma to this mantra of the teaching. He is the only son of all. The blessing of the Lama (669) Accomplished One. The signs of its accomplishment are: the childless give birth to children, becoming great people, possessing various riches, gods, demons, and the eight classes. Various dharmas, lamas, dakinis, etc., appear like parents gathering their children. It is said that this can be accomplished in half a month. Lama Orgyen Padmasambhava. Given to the holy Kunsang. Given at the foot of Yari Gomo. He gave it to Lumba Wani, outwardly like the tall Kada Khawa. He gave it to Rigongpa Sangye Nyentonpa. He gave it to Sangye Tonpa. He gave it to A'i Senge. He gave it to Serlingpa. He gave it to Lama Tashi Gonpo. He gave it to Drung Yeshe Dorje. He gave it to Drung Lodro Zangpo. He gave it to me. All the key points are known from the mouth. This oral instruction seems similar to generating oneself as the noble Jetsunma. Subduing the Mahayana, gathering the crowd under control: (670) On one's two arms, lions shake their manes. On both sides of the kidneys, tigresses tear corpses. On both sides of the thighs, visualize black snakes breathing fire from their mouths. Putting the life force into the mouth and drinking heart blood, etc., are similar. The body does not stay still, but moves. The speech does not stay still, but recites. The mind does not stay still, but focuses on the nature of reality. Dedicate the approach to gathering. Entrust the accomplishment activity to Hari Nisa. By doing so, three gatherings will occur. There is no gathering during the day. At night, dakinis༴. Food gathers in the morning and evening. When relying on the top of a mountain, and dakinis gather under control, meditate on oneself as a lion shaking its mane. Awareness is clear, and appearances change. Although the mantra here is "Om Dukha Yena Ma," it is unknown what Dukha Ye will become according to the visualization sequence and the Lama's oral instructions. Dukha (671) means suffering, and Ye is equivalent to wisdom, for example, similar to the plural form at the beginning of Ye Dharma. All or everything is a degree. Therefore, the meaning here is: Offer all the suffering of all beings. So it is. Ari Nisa Ha of the collection of virtues, which becomes the essence of the five families of dakinis. Otherwise, it seems that there is a saying of Hari Nisa Hum. Therefore, this should be carefully examined. (672) (673) Afterwards, the outer precepts of rejoicing reside. Na
