Protect the natural state of motherhood. Dreams. The comfortable and warm self-experience of the navel chakra lotus. Focus awareness on the revolving letters, thinking it is a dream. Repeatedly perform holding, spreading, transforming, and changing. Because the manifested appearance goes to the light path of A, one sees whatever one desires. In the clear light, keep one's own mind naturally clear on A, and contemplate the four letters on the lotus petals that appear and change as the four elements. Through the sequence of gathering the elements, gather into A, and contemplate that from the crown of the head, a loud sound emanates, disappearing into the unborn. From now on in the bardo, appearances are deities, sounds are mantras, and memories and thoughts are carried into the nature of reality. (568) Sukha is the chief of all dakinis. Bestowing the co-emergent joy of the four joys. These are the letters of the supreme six dharmas of liberation, without excess or deficiency. This is gathered from the instructions of Khyenrab Je. The inner instruction of the Selfless Mother. The inner instruction of the Selfless Mother is: First, take refuge and generate bodhicitta. When visualizing oneself as the body of the Selfless Mother, on the twenty-one vertebrae, visualize each one representing a Selfless Mother, residing in the center of the body, the three channels like vines entwined around a tree, visualize the two side channels relying on the central channel. At the navel chakra, there are four lotus petals, the front is blue-green, the right is red, the left is yellow, the navel chakra is green, with the letters Ha Ri Ni Sa A written on it, and on the crown of the head, visualize the guru Virupa inseparable from oneself. Joyful Vajra Heruka, one face (569) two arms, with a dancing posture, in the space in front, visualize the Indian saint wearing a silk skirt on his lower body, holding a bone flute in his hand, facing oneself, pray with one-pointedness. Finally, from the A located in the navel chakra, a ray of A light shoots out. Visualize relying on the channel of the central channel, propelled upwards by the whip of wind and mind. Twist the body alternately left and right, sit in the vajra posture, and place both hands on the thighs. Gradually raise the eyeballs upwards as well. At that time, the two side channels tighten the path of the central channel with ropes, and the letter A emanates loudly from the crown of the head, the Selfless (570) Mother, inseparable from Sukhamasiddhi, becomes filled with great bliss, embracing the black Virupa tightly, the stream of bodhicitta nectar combined together flows through the spine, the twenty-one Selfless Mothers fill the entire body. Visualize the navel chakra as the field of the body, filling the entire body without remainder, the face filled with radiance, the eye veins

Praises to Wisdom! From wisdom, seize, in the sky, unknowing emptiness. Subdue the root of the knowing mind, subdue the root and rest relaxed, rest relaxed and grasp your own ground. This is the essence of the matter. Hevajra and Samantabhadra are non-dual, the knot of the four joys is supremely untied, the manner of being the ornament of the great bliss wheel, is like being transferred to the appearance of letters. This is compiled from the old writings of Kyungpo. (571) The instructions of the Smar teachings, the Kyergangpa tradition. The instructions of the Smar teachings, the Kyergangpa tradition, are: First, generate refuge and bodhicitta, and your own mind, without falling into the extremes of the past and future, rest in the clear awareness of the present moment. On a lotus moon seat, from the seed syllable HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ,hrīḥ,赫利,source of the elements), the emblem is a lotus marked with HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ,hrīḥ,赫利,source of the elements). Visualize yourself as the noble Avalokiteśvara, with one face and four arms, your body color white with a reddish hue, the first hands in the gesture of equanimity, the right hand holding a pearl rosary, the left hand holding a white lotus. In vajra posture, with matted hair piled in a crown, bound with a silk ribbon, adorned with silk and precious jewels. Your eyes gaze neither too long nor too short, your face with a smiling expression, with the guru Amitabha adorning your head. Then recite the six-syllable mantra. Finally, rest in the natural face of the Dharmata meaning deity, the Great Compassionate One, whose essence is unborn, whose radiance is the clear manifestation of compassion. All activities such as eating, clothing, sitting, and sleeping are also appearances. In the bardo, understand forms and sounds as deities and mantras. Meditate with the confidence of understanding that the mind is without basis and rootless, this is the key point of emptiness. All the views of the Smar teachings, the Kyergangpa tradition, are summarized with a joyful mind, and this is a written record of the practice of supreme liberation. This is extracted from the instruction manual of Dharmakaya Shakya Rinchen. (573) The instruction manual of the Great Seal Gauma is present. (574) Homage to the gurus, yidams, and dakinis! The Great Seal of the Wisdom Dakini Niguma has three aspects: preliminaries, self-abiding, and various manifestations. The main practice is the natural liberation of the four faults. The result is the natural arising of the four kayas. If the Six Dharmas have not been practiced beforehand, then teach the empty enclosure and the guru yoga. First, in a solitary place, properly adjust the posture of the body. (575) As it says, on a comfortable seat, sit in vajra posture, hands in earth-touching mudra, spine straight, arms extended like the wings of a garuda, neck straight and slightly tucked in,
