Having gone ahead, visualize yourself instantaneously transforming into the glorious Wheel of Bliss (Chakrasamvara). The three channels are clearly visible. Then, in the right channel, Rasana, visualize sixteen vowels strung together like beads, white and bright. (3) In the left channel, Lalana, visualize thirty-two consonants, red like crushed coral. They transform into light, dripping down from within the channels, reaching the junction of the three channels below the navel. At the junction of the left and right channels, visualize the Avadhuti channel with its mouth open, filled with nectar. The letters move from the two channels into the Avadhuti channel, gradually becoming white and red as they ascend. At the navel, in the Emanation Wheel, is the triangular knot of channels called the Jewel Channel Palace. Visualize it as (4) a triangular Dharma source, white on the outside and red on the inside. There, the letters are as if inverted, swirling red and white within the Dharma source. The letters dissolve into light, and from the light rays, the venerable mother gradually arises. From below the ankles, to the knees and thighs, waist, chest, hands, neck, and head, everything is clearly manifest.
