On the seat of the crescent moon, visualize the Lama with a white body, possessing the nature of light, the nature of the light of Bodhicitta, and offer prayers. Then, slightly suppress the upward-moving wind, and a white drop descends from the crown of your head, reaching the heart, eliminating ignorance. A red drop descends from the navel, reaching the heart, eliminating desire. Anger is naturally purified. Then, focus your mind on the two drops rotating in the central channel (12) in a chasing manner. Understand that such rotation is the nature of the vase empowerment. And do not forget the intention of dream practice. Then, visualize the two drops merging into one, regarding it as the nature of the secret empowerment, and without forgetting the intention of dream practice, hold it tightly. Then, realize that the two drops are inseparably mixed, which is the nature of wisdom and prajna. In the state of bliss and emptiness, do not let the mind wander, and repeatedly remember the dream practice. Then, the two drops also dissolve into light, which is the nature of the fourth empowerment. In this state, repeatedly remember the dream practice, and falling asleep in this way, you will be able to grasp the dream. During the dream state, the first of the two ways to hold onto non-thought is: clearly visualize yourself as the deity, and from the ཧཾ་(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)at the crown of your head, a white drop descends, reaching the heart, eliminating (13) ignorance. A red drop descends from the navel, reaching the heart, eliminating desire. Anger is naturally purified. Then, the two drops pass through the two channels, the white drop exits from the right nostril, and the red drop exits from the left nostril. At the space between the eyebrows, focus on the rotation of the two drops. Then, visualize the white drop completely transforming into white Chakrasamvara, and the red drop completely transforming into Vajravarahi embracing him. Then, as you are about to fall asleep, visualize the consort dissolving into light and merging into the father, and the father also dissolving into light and disappearing, abiding in a state of no object of focus. And do not forget the intention of dream practice. The second is: clearly visualize yourself as the deity, and in your heart, visualize the Lama with a white body, the white nature of Bodhicitta, radiating light. (14) From the white ཧཱུྃ་(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)in the Lama's heart, which is the nature of white Bodhicitta, light radiates. Clearly visualize the Lama. Light radiates from the Lama. Clearly visualize yourself abiding in the state of the deity.

Then, go to sleep, visualizing yourself as the Yidam, which dissolves into light and merges into the Lama. The Lama also dissolves into light and merges into Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). The Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) also vanishes into light. Keep your mind focused without distraction and try to catch a dream. Furthermore, during the practice of purifying with the Selfless Mother, visualize the Selfless Mother in front of your visualized Yidam, with a blue body, holding a curved knife and a skull cup, possessing the nature of bliss. Meditate on her three secrets (body, speech, and mind) as the nature of red Bodhicitta, which is Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Devanagari: ओṃ आः स्वाहा, Romanization: oṃ āḥ svāhā, Literal meaning: Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā). Visualize a blue Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) at your secret place. From the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), rays of light emanate, and Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Devanagari: ओṃ आः स्वाहा, Romanization: oṃ āḥ svāhā, Literal meaning: Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā) (15) dissolves into the nature of Bodhicitta. Draw the light rays like a thread, rising from your secret place. The body is filled with Bodhicitta, transforming into the nature of bliss. Finally, draw the noble mother also dissolving into the nature of red Bodhicitta and merging into yourself, thereby purifying the two obscurations along with their habitual tendencies. Let the mind naturally rest in the state of inseparable bliss and emptiness. Furthermore, during the practice of purifying with the Selfless Mother, visualize yourself as the Yidam, and within the central channel at the navel, imagine a Dharma source, white on the outside and red on the inside, possessing the nature of light. Within it, visualize the seed syllable of the Selfless Mother, Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Devanagari: ओṃ आः स्वाहा, Romanization: oṃ āḥ svāhā, Literal meaning: Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā), in various colors, from which countless Yidams, led by the Selfless Mother, emerge. They exit from your right nostril (16), filling all realms of the world with Yidams. Each of them utters the sound of their respective mantras, buzzing, and the light rays touch all sentient beings, purifying all sentient beings' obscurations and habitual tendencies, transforming them into Yidams. Again, countless offering goddesses emerge from your right nostril. Visualize that all the Yidams are pleased by the outer, inner, and secret offerings. Then, gather them back, entering from your left nostril, merging into the Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Devanagari: ओṃ आः स्वाहा, Romanization: oṃ āḥ svāhā, Literal meaning: Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā) in the skull cup, and the Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Devanagari: ओṃ आः स्वाहा, Romanization: oṃ āḥ svāhā, Literal meaning: Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā) dissolves into light, possessing the nature of bliss. From that complete transformation, visualize the Selfless Mother, appearing but without inherent existence, possessing the nature of light. Pray to her: "Deity of the Yidam, please grant that I abandon self-grasping, grant the arising of unnecessary lineages, and grant the ultimate realization of the nature of phenomena (17)." Then, in the heart of the Selfless Mother, which is like the surface of a mirror, look at whatever appears.
