Think that the desired object is bright and clear. Focus on it without being too forceful, and go to sleep while observing the appearance of the object. Also, when clarifying the appearance of the thigle object, while clearly visualizing yourself as the yidam, slightly press down on the upper air. A white thigle descends from the crown of the head and reaches the heart, purifying ignorance. Slightly draw in the lower air, and a blue thigle descends from the syllable Hūṃ at the secret place and reaches the heart, purifying desire. Hatred is self-purified. A red thigle descends from below the navel and reaches the heart. When all of these have transformed, rays of light radiate from the various colors of the thigle. Think that the rays of light are connected like threads to the appearance of the object you wish to see. Focus on it without being too forceful, and go to sleep while observing the appearance of the object. Furthermore, when focusing on the clear light, meditate on the syllable A. Below your navel, at the distance of three spans of the central channel, meditate on a dharma origin that is white on the outside and red on the inside, with the nature of light. Inside it, the essence is the mind of enlightenment. Meditate on a white syllable A, like the color of mercury, with shimmering rays of light, with the nature of light. Make it inseparable from your own mind, and do not separate from the aspiration for clear light. Furthermore, when not meditating on the selflessness mother, above your forehead, on top of the brain, the selflessness mother is white in color, with the nature of light. In her heart, clearly visualize the white syllable A as before, and focus your awareness on it. In a state of being inseparably (19) mixed with your own mind, repeatedly make the aspiration for clear light. Furthermore, in the case of the lama, visualize yourself clearly as the yidam. Inside the central channel, in the center of the wheel of dharma at the heart, visualize the channel Basanta facing upwards, in the center of the four-petaled lotus. Visualize the lama as white in color, one cubit tall, with the nature of light, the essence of the mind of enlightenment. In his heart, visualize a blue syllable Hūṃ with shimmering rays of light. Then, as you go to sleep, illuminate the lama with the light of the syllable Hūṃ. As light arises from the lama, also make your own visualization as the yidam even clearer, and repeatedly make the aspiration for light. Finally, dissolve into light and merge into the lama. The lama dissolves into light and merges into the syllable Hūṃ. The syllable Hūṃ is also gathered from the foot hook to Nada, and gathered up to Nada. Alternatively, in a state of having vanished into light (20), by making the aspiration for clear light without distraction, light will appear.

It will become clear. Untying the knots of the channels, drawing out the bindu, the air entering the central channel, and dispelling obstacles, the first of these four is: In a secluded place, on a comfortable seat, arrange the body in the seven-fold posture of Vairochana. Clearly establish the visualization of the Three Roots, and contemplate the essence of the two channels, Ro and Kyang, entering the central channel. Sit in the vajra posture, with hands in the meditation mudra. Vigorously shake the upper body from side to side seventy times. This will untie the knots of the channels. The second is drawing out the bindu: Straighten the body and stand up, pressing the air down below the navel. Draw the bindu from the secret place upwards with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), and dissolve it into the Haṃ at the crown of the head. After that, visualize a fire with four characteristics blazing upwards, and focus the mind when the tip reaches the throat. (21) The fourth is dispelling obstacles: Rotate the head and throw it in four directions. Cross the fingers in front of the chest and twist and pull them vigorously from side to side. Make the hands like drawing a bow and arrow, and shake them forward. Press down with both hands. Rotate the waist and do the bird-stretching posture. Stretch out both hands and bend the head backwards. Stand up and shake the feet downwards, throwing them in four directions. Clearly meditate on the fire visualization. Contemplate that diseases, in the form of smoke, rise from the crown of the head and turn into blue smoke and disappear. Afterwards, block the Brahma hole with a blue Kṣa (Tibetan: ཀྵ, Devanagari: क्ष, Romanized Sanskrit: kṣa, Literal Chinese meaning: Kṣa). Contemplate that all the pores of the body are filled with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). Hold the breath for all of these. Afterwards, remain in the Great Seal for a long time. These will dispel obstacles and overcome the harm of demons, etc. This is the oral instruction for meditating on Niguma's Tummo, a unique lineage that is not found in all oral instructions. This is an oral instruction, it is secret. Do not show this book to others. May there be auspiciousness! Romanized Sanskrit: maṅgalaṃ bhavantu, Literal Chinese meaning: May there be auspiciousness). The Three Kayas Path and the Three Kayas Nature. In Indian language: Kāyatrayadhānakrama. In Tibetan: Called the Three Kayas Nature Path. Homage to the glorious spontaneously accomplished, non-created one. The Victorious Sambhogakaya Vajradhara, heard this unborn self-sound. The Three Kayas self-arisen, Emaho! Abandoning all worldly activities, in a supreme secluded place. Knowing the order of summer, winter, autumn, and spring, sit in meditation in the vajra posture on the seat. One's own body is visualized as an empty deity form, the Lama is clear at the crown and heart. Pray and offer, all thoughts (23)
