执持的形状，身色清净，与阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）的空性相联，此时为白色。方便道以下大多为蓝色。在加持的光芒炽盛中，观想尼古玛传承的上师们和佛菩萨的众会如现量般，自己和一切有情以身语意三门恭敬地皈依三宝。如母虚空般的有情一切，皈依上师佛宝。念诵二十一遍或一百零八遍等，随力而行。思维“愿一切有情具足安乐和安乐之因”等无量。 (501)多次祈祷“祈请上师佛宝”。如果愿意，从“祈请大金刚持佛”开始，到“祈请恩德根本上师”之间如常念诵。有时也带旋律念诵传承祈请文。祈请上师仁波切息灭我的疾病魔障，祈请净除罪障，祈请加持相续中生起殊胜三摩地。这个一定要念诵一遍或三遍。再次祈请上师仁波切赐予我三摩地的灌顶。这样祈祷后，从上师额头的嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）字放出白色光芒，融入自己的额头(502)，清净了身体的罪障，获得宝瓶灌顶，身之加持融入。从喉间的阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）和心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，如前获得秘密和智慧灌顶。上师与传承上师以及佛菩萨们化为光融入自己的身语意三门，清净了三门的罪障，获得第四灌顶，思维已经先获得了四身的证悟。之后，在自己的头盖骨的骨室中，观想所有的脑髓都不可见，而是化为法源之形，根细插入喉咙，一角指向眉间，两角指向左右耳后的上方，外观白色内里红色，空空荡荡的，在那里面观想心的自性是白色的阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）字，发出阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）的声音。念诵“阿阿（藏文：ཨ་ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ अ，梵文罗马拟音：a a，汉语字面意思：阿阿）”(503)，从阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）字中流出白色清澈的甘露之流，充满法源之内，从口中流出，清洗身体内外一切，

The form of holding, purifying the body color, associated with the emptiness of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), is white at this time. The path of means below is mostly blue. In the blazing light of blessings, visualize the gurus of the Niguma lineage and the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas as if they were directly present. Think that you and all sentient beings are taking refuge in the Three Jewels with reverence through the three doors of body, speech, and mind. All sentient beings, equal to the sky, take refuge in the precious Guru Buddha. Recite this twenty-one or one hundred and eight times, or as much as you can. Meditate on the immeasurable, thinking, "May all sentient beings have happiness and the cause of happiness," etc. (501) Pray many times, "I pray to the precious Guru Buddha." If you wish, recite as usual from "I pray to the great Vajradhara Buddha" to "I pray to the kind root guru." Sometimes, also sing the lineage prayer with melody. Pray, "Precious Guru, please pacify my illnesses and demonic obstacles. Please purify my sins and obscurations. Please bless me to generate special samadhi in my mindstream." This must be recited once or three times. Again, pray, "Precious Guru, please grant me the empowerment of samadhi." After praying in this way, white light radiates from the Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) from the guru's forehead and dissolves into your forehead (502), purifying the sins and obscurations of the body. The vase empowerment is obtained, and the blessings of the body enter. From the Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) at the throat and the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the heart, the secret and wisdom empowerments are obtained as before. The guru and the lineage gurus, as well as the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, dissolve into light and merge into your body, speech, and mind, purifying the sins and obscurations of the three doors. The fourth empowerment is obtained, and think that you have already obtained the realization of the four kayas. Then, in the bone chamber of your skull, visualize that all the brains are invisible, but transformed into the shape of a dharma source, with a thin root inserted into the throat, one corner pointing to the space between the eyebrows, and two corners pointing to the upper part of the right and left back of the ears, white on the outside and red on the inside, empty and clear. Inside that, visualize the nature of the mind as a white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), sounding the sound of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). Recite "A A (Tibetan: ཨ་ཨ་, Devanagari: अ अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a a, Literal Chinese meaning: A A)" (503), and a stream of white and clear nectar flows from the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), filling the dharma source and flowing out of the mouth, washing everything inside and outside the body.

Visualize that all diseases, demons, and sins are expelled like black smoke from the urinary tract and pores. Recite hundreds and thousands of A (藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A) and so on. Finally, visualize that A (藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A) itself dissolves into nectar, filling the entire body. Visualize Vajradhara above your head and pray, "May the precious Guru grant me the Samadhi of bliss and warmth. May I generate the wisdom of bliss and emptiness," etc. If you wish, receive the four empowerments; otherwise, dissolve them into yourself. Then visualize the venerable Vajrayogini, her body red, holding a curved knife and a skull cup (504). She is adorned with a crown of five dry skulls, a necklace of fifty heads, and five bone ornaments. Her posture is squatting, forming the six-fold fire hearth mudra. Visualize the inside of the body as empty like a new pottery fired by fire, starting from the navel. The central channel is bright red, about the thickness of a medium-sized willow branch. On the right is the red Lalana nadi, and on the left is the white Rasana nadi, both about the thickness of a medium-sized wheat stalk. The upper ends of the three channels are inserted into the crown of the head. At the upper end, visualize a white Ham (藏文，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), head facing down, filled with pure essence. At the lower end of the central channel, on top of a half-sun disc, visualize a spark of fire, about the size of a mustard seed, arising from Ram (藏文，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：Ram). Clearly visualize the fire at the perineum and the wind in the shape of a bow at the anus (505). Then exhale a breath, slightly opening the lower gate and lifting upwards, igniting the fire at the perineum. When it touches the sun and the spark of fire at the lower end of the central channel, a thin flame rises from that fire inside the central channel. When the tip reaches the heart, the heat causes nectar to drip from the Ham (藏文，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) at the crown of the head, flowing down the central channel and falling onto the tip of the flame in the heart with a swishing sound. If you cannot hold your breath, exhale slowly. This much is usually sufficient for the Tummo visualization. In the cold winter, keep the body posture as before. Visualize the inside of the venerable's body as empty, like a new pottery fired by fire. Visualize the red, empty body, feeling hot and spacious. At the navel, the two kidneys on the left and right of the navel, and the vertebra directly behind the navel, visualize four red fireballs, the size of bird eggs, with the nature of warmth.
