oṃ. Khyunpo Naljorpa, in the forest of Sengdeng, wrote down the oral instructions of the dakinis on tala leaves, made them into amulets, and wore them without separating them from his body. May the great benefit of beings be effortlessly and spontaneously accomplished! The practice of the three deities of bliss, white, red, and blue, is ai oṃ. These six dharmas are common to all three, condensed and expanded. Moreover, it is said that in any of the three, listening, thinking, and meditating, it is necessary to be inseparable from these six dharmas. Sarva Mangalam! Bhavantu! (368) (369) The abode of the Vidyadhara of Blissful Emptiness. (370) Shri Heruka Namo. Those who wish to meditate on the Wheel of Blissful Union should first sit comfortably on a cushion in the vajra posture. The hands should be placed in the meditation mudra. The body should be upright, and the eyes should be focused on the tip of the nose. The tip of the tongue should be moistened at the root of the upper teeth. Below the navel, all attachments and clinging to relatives, friends, retinues, clans, castes, houses, homes, lands, and so on, both internal and external objects, should be abandoned. Then, in order to liberate all sentient beings of the three realms from the great ocean of suffering of samsara (371) and to attain the supreme, perfect, and complete enlightenment of Buddhahood, one should generate the mind to meditate on empowering oneself with the Wheel of Blissful Union. Then, reciting the mantra "Om Svabhava Shuddha Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho 'Ham," and remembering its meaning in one's mind, one should contemplate that all phenomena of appearance and existence, samsara and nirvana, appear but have no inherent existence, like illusions. Then, in an instant, one should visualize the Bhagavan, the glorious (372) Wheel of Blissful Union, with a blue body, one face, and two arms, holding a vajra in the right hand and a bell in the left, embracing the consort Vajravarahi. On the forehead, there is a hairline, and above and below, it is bound with a garland of five skulls and a garland of vajras. On the crown of the hair, there are various crossed vajras. Below that, there is the Thubpa Mikyö, the incarnate body of blue color, with a jewel on the crown of the head and a seat of the King of Power, adorned with red lotus flowers. On the left side of the crown of hair, there is a crescent moon. On the crown of the head, there is a wheel of bones, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, belts, silk threads, and ashes smeared on the body, adorned with the six seals. Skull cup

He has a necklace of fifty heads and a tiger skin loincloth. His right leg is extended, pressing on the desire goddess, the red-colored Dutsi(藏文:དུས་མཚན།), who holds a curved knife in her right hand and a skull cup in her left, at her heart (373). His left leg is bent, pressing on the desire god, the black Bhairava, who holds a small stone in his right hand and a trident in his left, his neck cut and pressed above his left ear. The consort Vajravarahi, with one face and two arms, extends her right hand in a threatening gesture with a vajra. In her left hand, she holds a skull cup filled with the blood of the four maras, embracing the father in a feeding gesture. She has a necklace of fifty slightly dry skull cups. On her forehead, there is a diadem of five skulls, bound above and below by vajra chains. On her crown is a diadem of Vairochana. Two star-giving trees climbing the trunk intertwine. Her hair is loose, she is naked, adorned with the five seals. Thus, the father and mother, appearing but without inherent existence, clear but without conceptualization, the union of these two, the nature of light, is meditated upon as one root. (374) When tired of meditating in this way, the father and mother engage in union, and by the power of this, the bodhicitta reaches the vase of jewels, and all appearances and existences are gathered into that thigle. Then, visualize yourself as abiding in the heart of Chakrasamvara, and visualize Hūṃ(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). The consort Vajravarahi is also absorbed into your own body like a fading shadow. Your own Chakrasamvara also merges from the upper and lower body into the Hūṃ(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in your heart. The Hūṃ(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) also dissolves into U. The U dissolves into Hā. The Hā dissolves into the head of Hā. The head of Hā dissolves into the half-moon. The half-moon dissolves into the thigle. The thigle also becomes smaller and thinner, visualized as Nada, to the extent of splitting the tip of a hair into a hundred parts. Then, the disease should also be made unobservable, and it should be meditated upon as being free from all extremes of existence and non-existence. If the mind wanders a little, gather and meditate again and again as before. If thoughts do not wander, then entrust your mind to that itself, and meditate as that non-conceptual state. For a yogi who constantly meditates on the generation and completion stages, there is no need to do prostrations and circumambulations (375), nor to do recitations and tormas, etc. If conceptual thoughts are strong, it does not contradict to do a little. By constantly meditating on this, the broken vows of the upper and lower vehicles can also be restored. By meditating in this way, the body first becomes light.
