And the holder, with great wisdom, in an instant, Comprehends all dharmas, holds them in his heart. Manifestly realizes all dharmas. Thus (107). Buddhas have no beginning or end, The first Buddha has no cause, The one eye of wisdom is without stain, The embodiment of wisdom is the Thus Gone One. Thus it is. Sixth, the near lineage is shown: That which is called "Deathless." Deathless is the single lineage of Vajradhara, Sealed with the vajra seal, Having passed through seven generations, It is the third lineage. In short, hearing this "Deathless Self-Liberation" once, In the bardo, one will awaken as the Sambhogakaya Buddha. All the teachings, sutras, and tantras say this, Therefore, there is no need to wander in samsara. Without doubt or hesitation, Obtaining a human body becomes meaningful. Thus it is said. The deathless deity is the great mudra, Remembering it, one attains manifest enlightenment. May the fortunate ones cherish it in their hearts, accomplish (108) the benefit of beings. May I realize self-liberation through virtue! The commentary on the Self-Mind Deathless Self-Liberation was written by the mantra holder Dhvaja Laksha. May it benefit sentient beings! Virtuous! Auspicious! (109) The essence of the latter four golden teachings comes from the words of Jetsun Taranatha. (110) Namo Mahamudraya! Homage to the Great Seal) The essence of what is known as the Great Seal Amulet: At the beginning of the session, refuge and bodhicitta. The self-generation deity and guru yoga are similar to the six dharmas. At the end, the dedication is the same as usual. For the first practice, there are three types of preliminary practices: With the essential points of the body, eliminate the impure air three times. Then, relax the body. Leave the breath of speech as it is. Leave the mind uncorrected. Make mindfulness steady. Or suddenly cut off thoughts, or look at the very nature of distraction. If vast conceptual thoughts arise, then with scolding and strong desire (111), strive to make mindfulness constantly stable. In between sessions, in the inseparability of mind and appearance, meditate by letting it rest naturally, and without separating from all activities such as walking, standing, sitting, and lying down, and Dharma practices, mindfulness and desire are essential. Then, coarse, subtle, far, near, long, short, up, down, and middle three, recite sutras and mantras, all kinds of talk and all activities, especially thoughts that are difficult to cut off, diligently practice in any direction. Mainly, relax without grasping any object of focus. Draw inward, focus on one's own mind. Conceptual thoughts (112) intentionally

It is crucial to not fail to recognize without engaging in affirmation or negation. Then, one should search for the mind: How are the three, arising, abiding, and ceasing? Are they one essence or different? Are they body or name? In general, where does the object reside? Does it reside in one or in many? Does it reside in form? In consciousness? Or does it reside in nothingness? Thus, turn inward and communicate with oneself. The four faults of the main practice are self-liberated: In general, the practice of Mahamudra, shouting "Good, good!", being comfortable and relaxed, empty and void, clear and bright, is ruined by clinging. One is bound by self-imposed fetters for no reason. Now, ordinary awareness, without distraction, naked, without expectation, without grasping, is clearly and vividly present. Whatever appears, one can abide in it, it can change, it is self-empty, rootless, and open. It is clear and transparent, relaxed and free, natural, and whatever appears is clearly seen. This itself is not altered by good or bad. The self-liberation that can be altered but does not stray from its own nature is this. All appearances of samsara and nirvana are merely its magical displays. Whether this is the self-nature, whether it is existence or non-existence, is already transcended. Because it is too close, one does not recognize it; because it is too profound, one does not grasp it; because it is too easy, one does not believe it; because it is too good, one does not comprehend it, and therefore one wanders in samsara. It is crucial to continuously maintain the memory of recognition, so that whatever affliction arises, it cannot prevent its self-emptiness, but rather loosely carries it onto the path. Sometimes, one deliberately places the object of affliction in the mind, intentionally inserting it, and pays particular attention to its face. Whatever arises, whether virtuous, non-virtuous, or neutral, one cultivates it as it is. Afterwards, the three kayas naturally manifest: When practice increases in this, whatever appears, whatever the power of the mind manifests, the nature of thoughts has no cause for arising from the very beginning. In the mind, the definitive understanding of recognizing one's own nature, even without effort, will be realized. Samatha and vipassana merge without distinction, without interruption, the essence of practice, unconfined and vast, appears impartially, conduct is unpretentious, and one does not seek meditation groups. Therefore, from the beginning, appearance and emptiness are inseparable, and the self-liberation of the three kayas naturally manifests at that time. It is crucial to cultivate with non-distraction and definitive understanding. In the uninterrupted state of self-luminous clarity without grasping, all skillful means, as well as devotion and compassion, and all virtuous actions with elaboration, arise and cease in a state of non-fabrication and rootlessness.
