The body of the supreme tamer. The speech of the profound and vast Dharma wheel. The mind of stainless great bliss. I prostrate and write the deathless guidance sequence. It has three parts: preliminary, main part, and subsequent part. The first has five parts: The first is to train in color. With bodhicitta preceding, on the crown of the head, where one meditates on oneself as the supreme father and mother in union, meditate on the lama on top of a lotus and sun. Into that, dissolve all the lamas of the lineage, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas. (89) Grasping at self, is unnecessary. Please grant the realization of one's own mind as deathless and self-liberated. Thus, pray intensely from the depths of your heart and bones. Then, the father's outer purification: Regarding one's own body, on the crown of the father's head, above the Brahma aperture, visualize a blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable, the size of a weapon, blue, clear, transparent, radiant, with the nature of light and rays, a deep blue. Think of that. By the power of that clear Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), the deity's body also becomes like a mist. From that Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), a clear blue ray of light emerges. The example of how it appears gradually (90) is like the sun rising on a mountain top. The example of blue is like a lapis lazuli or an Indranila sapphire covered with dust. When butter is poured on it, the part where the butter has passed is clean and clear, and the part where it hasn't is misty. Up to the eyebrows, it is deep blue, think of it as having the nature of light. If it is not clear, repeat it again and make it clear. Similarly, the throat and the three eyes are bright red. Up to the heart, navel, and soles of the feet. The inner purification: That Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable on the crown of the head melts into a blue color and goes down from the Brahma aperture. Purify all the flesh, blood, and bones. Think of the space above the eyebrows as empty, like chaff blown away by the wind. Similarly, the throat, up to the tip of the earlobes. The heart. Also, the elbows of both hands. The wrists (91). The palms. All the joints of the fingers. Up to the navel and soles of the feet. Then, on the crown of the mother's head, visualize a red Vaṃ (藏文:བཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:邦) syllable, the size of a weapon, with the nature of light, a bright red. From that, think of bright red rays of light emerging, melting into light, and purifying both the outer and inner aspects as before. The examples of gradual appearance and emptiness are as before. The example of red is like a padmaraga ruby. Or, for the father and mother individually.

Both inner and outer are practiced simultaneously. That is, at the crown of the head of the Yidam Father and Mother, light radiates from Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and Vaṃ (藏文:བཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:榜), pervading the entire body, inside and out. All impurities such as flesh, blood, and bones are purified, the inside is empty, and the outside is clear. By practicing in this way, the union of appearance and emptiness is like a rainbow. The body of light (page 92) is not made of truth or falsehood, but is naturally accomplished. The Father and Mother appear in blue-red body colors, etc. Second, in terms of shape, the so-called one face means that the Father has one face and two arms, three eyes, bared fangs, and a black topknot of hair. The right hand holds a vajra, and the left hand holds a bell, embracing the Mother. The right leg is extended, and the left leg is bent, like a sixteen-year-old girl, possessing nine dance postures. The Mother has one face, two arms, and three eyes. The right hand raises a curved knife with a threatening gesture, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, offering it to the Father. The hair is disheveled, the right foot is placed on the Father's bent left leg, and the left leg is extended alongside the Father's right leg. The body (page 93) is full, and the breasts are bulging. Third, in terms of ornaments, the so-called ornaments mean that the Father wears a crown of five dry skulls, a necklace of fifty wet skulls, a tiger skin loincloth, six bone ornaments, and beautiful silk streamers. The Mother wears a crown of five dry skulls, a necklace of fifty dry skulls, and five bone ornaments. Both reside in the midst of blazing wisdom fire, clear and without conceptualization. This should be seen as the union of uncontaminated bliss and emptiness. Fourth, in terms of non-duality, the so-called self-body means that the self-body, the deity body of appearance and emptiness, is the manifestation of one's own mind, and the mind itself is what manifests as the deity body. Apart from the mind, there is no deity body; apart from the deity body, there is no mind. Mind and (page 94) deity body are inseparable. This rainbow-like deity body, with mouth and eyes, is about to dissolve into light. Apart from the mind manifesting as the deity body, there is no separate entity existing externally. This should be firmly believed. In the Ocean of Wisdom, it is said: Body and mind are inseparable; through the support and the supported, arising and ceasing, one should know this as the essence of all. An example of experience without inherent existence is: In a dream, men and women, enemies and friends, and so on.
