His mouth bares fangs and his tongue is curled. He is adorned with five dry skulls as a head ornament and a necklace of fifty dripping wet skulls. In his first right hand, he holds a curved knife. In his second, a skull rosary. In his third, he plays a damaru drum. In his first left hand, he holds a skull cup filled with blood. In his second, a trident. In his third, he holds a vajra lasso. He is adorned with eight nagas. He wears an elephant skin as an upper garment and a tiger skin as a lower garment, tied with a green silk sash. Secondly, the two hands. The right hand brandishes a noose of intestines, and the left hand burns with fire from the tip of the accusing finger. To the left of the goddess, from Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) arises the black demon lord Trakshad. The right hand brandishes a red weapon, and the left hand holds a sandalwood club. Adorned with a cloak of blue and striped silk, riding a black horse with white hind legs, all four are terrifying (57), gnashing their teeth. The beard, eyebrows, and hair are yellowish-brown and stand on end. The three red eyes are rolling, gazing with hatred at enemies and obstacles. Adorned with the ornaments of wrathful deities, residing in the center of the blazing fire of wisdom. Outside of these, there are the ten directional protectors, the eight great gods, the eight great nāgas, the eight great planets, the four world guardians, the twenty-eight constellations, and the nine great terrifiers, namely the seventy-five lords of the pure lineage with their retinue, and the ocean of oath-bound attendants filling all the earth and sky. On the crown of the head of all the main deities and retinue is a white Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ), at the throat is a red Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Āḥ), and at the heart is a blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ). From the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) at the heart of both oneself and the front-generated deity, rays of light radiate (58), from the charnel ground of the cool grove in the southeast, from beneath a single-trunked sandalwood tree, the Great Black Lord with his retinue, Oṃ Vajra Samājaḥ (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：वज्रसमाजाः，梵文罗马拟音：vajrasamājaḥ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ Vajra Samājaḥ) rings the bell.
