Stay there and control it. Strike the sounds of various kinds of musical instruments. Drive away obstacles with the smoke of Guggul. Also, pray to the Lama, etc. Having done that, if the consciousness floats upwards, then do Chöpa and so on. If that doesn't work, then concentrate the consciousness and generate faith and respect. Place both hands on top of the head, with palms joined at the hairline. Below, visualize a circle of wind (658) in the shape of a bow. Consider your secret vajra as an arrow. With the sound of the bowstring, draw your consciousness upwards from the Avadhuti channel. Shoot it between the sun and moon. This will definitely happen. Now, the actual practice of meditation has four parts: the key instruction of joining meaning. The key instruction of literal meaning. The key instruction of that very nature. The key instruction of Mahamudra. Among these, the first, the key instruction of joining meaning, is: In terms of meaning, it is said to be the generation stage. From the time of empowerment itself. At the lower gate of the three-tiered hero of oneself. From the navel, like the previous wisdom hero. Show it upwards in the Avadhuti channel. Above (659), shoot it upwards to the sun and moon like an arrow. Expand it like the sky. Make all of that a deity, a wisdom hero, and entrust consciousness to it. If it is like an unbearable breath, then think of it going up and down. The second, the key instruction of literal meaning, is: Again, upwards at one's own navel. Between the three syllables Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)... Visualize the mantra of your own yidam going upwards as before. Shoot it like an arrow, visualizing it shooting upwards to the sun and moon. Expand it like the sky, thinking of everything as mantra. Again, as before, think of everything dissolving into oneself. The third, the key instruction of that very nature, is: Again, think of your own navel as becoming empty (660). Again, shoot consciousness like an arrow. Expand it like the sky, thinking of everything as emptiness. The fourth is: All of that is union. It is deity, it is mantra, and it is emptiness. In the state of primordial non-inherent nature, leave consciousness uncorrected. By meditating on all four in this way. At the time of settling, like the meditation hero Nagarjuna, who is a three-tiered hero. Visualize the syllable Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) being surrounded by mantra. If dullness and agitation arise

Like an arrow shot forth, like the sky expanded above and below. If it is not good enough, may the Dakinis forgive. May the merit of this be dedicated to enlightenment. (661) Written well according to the words of the venerable Khyungpo Naljorpa. Completed. View without fabrication, meditation without concept, companion empty clarity, means without distraction. ༈. The vase breath of Lama Zhongzhongpa is, having respectfully collected from the venerable Lamas, to write down the profound meaning of the path. The vase breath of Lama Rahula has three: appearance vase, shape vase, object of focus vase. The first is, this empty space. The second is, with the generation of bodhicitta preceding, generate the body as a deity, cross the feet like eyes, hold the knees with both hands, straighten the spine, and slightly bend the neck. Having done so (662), the shape of the body remains like a vase. The third is, visualize a blue vase of any size in your navel. Meditate that the nadi Avadhuti, Lalana, and Rasana enter into the vase. Then, exhale three times of impure air, slowly inhale air from the nose, and hold the upper and lower air tightly. In Lalana and Rasana, the blue air goes into the vase, and the vase makes a blue sound. The vase becomes larger and larger, and eventually the body and everything dissolves into light and disappears into emptiness. Meditate on such a state as much as possible. During this time, twist the body to the left and right, and pull upwards strongly twice. If you are doing transference, shoot "A(Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿)". The meaning of "A(Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿)" is (663), visualize a white "A(Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿)" on the mouth of the vase, hold the upper and lower air, and make a "སྐེག་པ་ཉེག་ཉེག་" sound. That "A(Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿)" involuntarily shoots upwards from the central channel through the Brahma aperture. Remain in the state of the Great Seal and meditate as much as possible. Afterwards, visualize "A(Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿)" on the crown of the head, and bring it down into the vase in the navel. The instructions on the vase breath are complete. Namo Guru. The object of focus vase is, in the navel, visualize a blue vase of appropriate size, and in it visualize a blue "Hūṃ(Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽)". Then, bring the body close to the spine, and pull upwards with the lower air. From the five holes at the bottom of the vase, five colors of air arise upwards and enter into the air vase.
