Even with just one knowledge, compress the lower wind. Suppressing the life force (301) causes it to dissipate. If it resembles transference, it is called relaxation. The eyes should look upwards. With just one knowledge, forcefully contract the waist. When the wind is offered to the secret place, there is no doubt that bliss will be attained. This experience should not be allowed to fade away, but should be repeatedly subdued. If relaxation cannot be achieved through bliss, then relaxation through the hands, etc., is recommended. Shake the effort and draw it from within. Press the kidneys, rotate the abdomen, and shake the hands, stretching supine. Repeat in its place, make noise in its place. Sixth, the ultimate meditation is when awareness separates the clear from the impure, bliss is just awareness itself. Aware (302)ness is clear emptiness, indescribable. Merge with the realm of space. The Dakini Ganga Dhara, and the venerable Jewel Goddess, both saw the face of the Yidam and attained accomplishment. This instruction was taught by the Dakini. (Sanskrit Devanagari) namo guru (Sanskrit Romanization) Homage to the Guru. I prostrate to the feet of the Lama Buddha who ripens the profound secret instructions. The path of the swift-acting Karma Mudra, like the heart's blood of the Dakinis. Samantabhadri said: It is like the milk of a lion. For example, if the milk of a lion is poured into an ordinary vessel, the vessel will break and the essence will be lost. If poured into a precious vessel, the fragrance and taste (303) will increase even more, and the support and strength of effort will also increase. This ordinary attachment and affliction, although poison to all beings, if taken as a path, will bestow immortality. All the qualities of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times arise from the great innate bliss. Because bliss is Kunda, it is praised to make Karma Mudra the path. For this, there are five ways of calculating: examining the characteristics, seeking thirst and the place of bliss, and combining sensation and action. Initially, although the lineage is not mentioned, it can be used as a support, and even so, there are differences between superior, middling, and inferior. Examine the lotus on the lips (304). There are thin, thick, and medium. Measure the length with the mouth, and observe with one knowledge. Discard those that exceed nine fingers and five fingers. Sixteen is also acceptable. If effort is complete, then twenty is also acceptable. One should not rely on those longer than this. Those shorter than this can be relied upon. The characteristics of bliss, observe the eyes. The eyes are long and the pupils are moist. It is good if there is a smile.

From breasts and hairs, reverence and irreverence are always acceptable. Light red is good, yellow is medium, black and rough is the worst. Round is good, sharp is medium, excessively drooping is not good. A thick Adam's apple and a cluster of heart hairs, if present, can keep secrets. The place where Dharma arises, without hair, is best, yellowish-red is medium, and black is bad. A white turtle shell with a red interior is what is most desired. Purple is medium, others should be discarded. Determine the color from the tongue and vagina, and the hair from the armpits. Boil the dried camphor juice with water vein fire, then add meadow flowers to drink. Burn large wrinkles with gold, add water to the Bhaga and soak, Berka is eight fingers. Beat the wall slowly with a measured rhythm, the third is to seek the place of bliss, repeatedly touch the outside and inside of the artificial vagina. Where a single face appears, there is the wealth of the Vajra realm. The fourth is the act of awakening pleasure, with eyes looking upwards and both hands covering the knees. The syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is drawn out long and long, and the syllable Hik (藏文未给出,梵文天城体:हिक्,梵文罗马拟音:hik,汉语字面意思:嘿) is repeated many times. After practicing like this repeatedly, infuse the secret place from the opening and closing union of the lower gate. Then, with the lotus once, repeatedly draw out the strength of the foot, repeatedly pull out through the opening and closing union. If this sign appears, then one can enter the actual operation. The fifth is to apply to practice, first listen to the ransom and words of joy, then observe the parts of the body, then jokes and erotic words, then various kinds of play, then external tactile sensations, such as holding hands, kissing, and embracing, and the marks of teeth and nails, experiencing pleasant tactile sensations and surrendering outwards, then entering into equality, which is considered to be the seven lustful acts. Enter in the manner of a turtle, at that moment, engage in intercourse, placing the heels in the position of the Golden Continent, which will become stable. Transport the other to the position in the manner of riding a horse, pulling the four limbs left and right, stretching and contracting, lying supine and extending, and planting them in the chakras in this way. The key to the body lies in the seven dharmas of Vairochana, the mind is non-conceptual, without beginning or end, speech flows naturally, without coming or going, from the desireless equal abiding.
