Also, with knees and vajra fists planted on the ground, say "Hag, Hig, Hog," straightening the heart, throat, and crown of the head. To pervade, stand up and alternately slap the head with dust (294), jump, and shake the hands as well. The second is to bend over and alternately shake the legs and arms. This is the instruction of the Dakini Sukhasiddhi. Ithi. The secret instruction for loosening the grip is: Loosen the body and mind, and stretch out like a Rakshasa. The method of reversing is to shake the body, exhale the wind, and pull back the Rakshasa. Plant the fists on the thighs and guide. Again, the second is: With both hands grasping each other's arms, straighten the lower wind from the abdomen. For stretching, first grasp each other's arms with both hands and cross them over the abdomen. After shaking four times, slap the armpits and buttocks. Again, plant the fists at the kidneys (295) and rotate the abdomen. Secretly tap and pull left and right. Again, stand up and shake both hands. Again, lie slightly on the back and shake all four limbs. The method of Ganga Dhari. Ithi. Namo Guru. If you want to hold Bodhicitta, dissolve the nature of attachment into the Dharmadhatu. Let the wind be natural and the body relaxed. Look at the natural face of joy. Therefore, there is no doubt about embracing. If one hand is stretched out and one hand knows, hold the fist at the arm. If one foot knows and is planted, one imitates riding a horse. Pull the mouth upwards. This is the secret instruction for sending to the (296) place. After planting the four limbs, strike and pull left, right, and center. Grasp the spine and hang, vigorously stretching and contracting the body. This is to place the chakra in its place. The method of the Dakini Kuntuzangmo. Ithi. Namo Guru. The path of the messenger who quickly accomplishes the mantra path. Do not show it to the wicked, it will turn into the great poison Hala Hala. For example, it is like feeding the essence of milk to a venomous snake. Some slander the Dharma, or destroy the Dharma person. Therefore, it is most important to seek a vessel. It is easy to find a consort with marks, but a person as a support is very rare. (297) The best is to examine with the power of clairvoyance. The intermediate is to seek the prophecy of the Dakinis. The worst is that the person as a support is able to accomplish whatever the Lama says, and practices austerities for the sake of the Dharma. Very shy and afraid of sin.

Ema! Great diligence and able to keep secrets, willing to give up everything for the Dharma, is said to be a fortunate person. Regarding this, there are six stages: examining the vidya, searching for the nadi, nourishing the nadi, practicing, applying to practice, and finally meditating. Among them, the first is examining the vidya: those with a conch-like mark quickly attain bliss; on their forehead, throat, heart, navel, and genitals, in any of these five places, there are lines resembling a conch. Those with an elephant-like mark have moles that are purple; meditating on emptiness is very helpful. Those with a lotus-like mark have increasing bliss; dot-like lines appear on the body. If the lines are curved and facing away from each other, then it is not a deer woman; the bliss is not great but very stable. Those with lines mostly have straight lines arranged in threes; it is very easy to establish a mandala in that place. Those with a willow-branch-like mark have five lines; they appear clearly and brightly, without beginning or end. Those with a dharma-source-like mark have the shape of a dharma source; defiled bliss is full of power. The second is searching for the nadi: apply musk, white sandalwood, and a mixture of sesame oil, ghee, and lard to the crown of the head, face upwards, cross the heads, and bind with wooden boards and belts. Place an arrow at the place of the (Tibetan: ཀྵུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्षुं, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣuṃ, Literal Chinese: short sound Kṣuṃ) syllable; in this way, the nadi can be found. If it is thick, then the root of a white lotus is needed, but it is difficult to find. Mix milk, white sugar, ghee, sesame oil, and lard with alcohol and apply it, then it will become thin and very sharp. The third is nourishing the nadi: after extracting edema from large muscles, mainly cut off red-yellow gabi, plant karu tsa and wood incense, or release vultures and Han sparrows, relying on human flesh, three whites (milk, ghee, yogurt), and skillful means and wisdom samaya substances, so that the nourishment of both bodies can be nourished. The fourth is the preliminary practice: know that the appearance of phenomena is like an illusion, speech should block karma winds, the mind should be without attachment like the sky, and for the unenlightened sentient beings of the six realms, cherish the practice of great compassion that pervades the sky. The fifth is applying to practice: first is looking at forms, second is learning sounds, third is fragrance brings increasing bliss, fourth is the tactile sensation of the body, tasting excellent flavors, embracing and kissing the bhaga. The fifth is entering into samadhi. If the nadi is thin and long, then stand on one leg; if it is short, then divide it on both shoulders. In the four directions, perform the art with the vajra.
