May I also become the supreme king of medicine, instantly pacifying the suffering of all beings. (241) When famine strikes and beings suffer from hunger and thirst, may food, drink, silks, gold, silver, and all desirable things gather like clouds filling the sky, and may a rain of the five desirable qualities fall in the ten directions. Through the vast activity of bodhichitta, until the ocean of samsara is emptied, may I show all beings, reaching to the ends of space, exactly what they need, according to their individual dispositions. May I completely subdue all beings who have entered the wrong path, who are powerful and arrogant, and whom the buddhas of the ten directions and three times have not tamed, and may I place them in the state of buddhahood in an instant. (242) As long as sentient beings remain in samsara, may my activity effortlessly and spontaneously arise to ripen and liberate all sentient beings, and may the welfare of beings be accomplished continuously and without interruption. The ocean of buddhas of the ten directions and three times, each individual ordinary being and bodhisattva, have generated the mind of enlightenment and made aspirations for countless eons, have perfected the two accumulations, have manifestly attained enlightenment, and through their perfect qualities and ocean of merit, ripen and liberate immeasurable sentient beings. Combining all their aspirations and activities into one, may my aspirations and activities become vast. Through the immeasurable accomplishment of the welfare of others (243), may all my aspirations increase the supreme desire for perfect enlightenment, and may all who pray to this aspiration be completely fulfilled. May all the auspiciousness, goodness, and perfection of samsara and nirvana in the ten directions and three times, flow continuously like a river, and may it pervade everywhere for myself and others. The Noble King of Aspirations is complete. (244) (245) A compilation of the essential points of the generation and completion stages, for the benefit of beginners on the path, is complete. (246) I pay homage to Padmasambhava and the sunlike power of the lotus, inseparable from the unchanging, permanent, perfectly accomplished, uncontaminated bliss-emptiness samadhi, which displays hundreds of doors of expansion and contraction. At a time when the radiance of the degenerate age is manifestly shining, what is the use of someone like me, an ordinary ignorant person, explaining the profound and vast meaning? It is only a cause for tiring oneself. However, since my vajra brothers have requested it, and for the benefit of some ignorant people like myself,

Talk. Relying solely on the blessings of the glorious Lama, I speak freely, without any hindrance. This time, I have obtained the precious leisure and endowment that are difficult to find (247), And all ordinary beings have encountered the Dharma. The Lama, who appears as the actual Buddha, has taken me under his care. The essence of the Dharma, the most profound view, And who is the best among the Lamas, can be measured. When there is freedom, all the conditions conducive to the Dharma, Even if benefiting others is not accomplished at this time of abundance, If you do not practice even enough to take care of yourself, Death is uncertain, and at the time of death, nothing but the Dharma, Will be of any help. Even if you have the wealth of a Chakravartin, It will be left behind on the bed. The consciousness follows the black and white (248) karma, It is helpless and regretting is of no use, Therefore, from now on, without procrastination, Strive to engage in virtuous deeds with body, speech, and mind. The foundation of practice is solely renunciation, The gateway to practice is solely faith, The main path of practice is solely compassion, The lifeblood of practice is single-pointed accomplishment. Practice is inseparable from mindfulness and awareness, The removal of obstacles in practice is reliance on the Three Jewels, The enhancement of practice is devotion to the The unerring practice is the Lama's instructions, The essential practice is the unification of the Three Roots, If the entire mandala of peaceful and wrathful deities, Arises as the play of the Lama, that alone is sufficient. Those with the highest faculties, who have previous training, Whose faith has reached perfection, and the great beings, They do not need to make gradual efforts, It is reasonable for them to see the truth of Dharma. Other than them, as the noble Nagarjuna said, From hearing, generate thought, From thought, generate meditation experience, in that order, (249) Abandoning distraction, always strive, First, with the wisdom arising from hearing, Generally understand the characteristics of the Dharma of Samsara and Nirvana, With thought, pacify the gross clinging to the illusion of reality, With meditation, make a thorough decision on the mind, etc. The former is the cause for generating the latter, If these are not possessed, like wanting a result without a cause, The way of accumulating, purifying, and practicing is very good. Practice without certainty is a great cause of suffering, Such a practice will not generate experience, nor will it lead to a firm decision, Because it is not decided, one remains in doubt, Doubt alone is the supreme obstacle, When certainty is gained in the mind through hearing, thinking, and meditating.
