If you don't generate the supreme Bodhicitta in the beginning, you won't enter the Great Vehicle, so whatever you do, do it for the benefit of sentient beings. If you don't generate the body as a deity, the body won't transform from the ordinary, and you won't accomplish the Sambhogakaya. Therefore, generate the body as a Yidam. If you don't supplicate the Lama, blessings won't arise, and the Great Vehicle Secret Mantra is distinguished by blessings, so no matter how you stay, don't separate from the appearance of the Lama. If you don't meditate on Mahamudra, you won't attain Buddhahood, so realize phenomena and existence as self-liberated. If you don't practice rejoicing, the harvest of virtue will be destroyed by the hail of jealousy (192), so meditate on rejoicing in the root of virtue of yourself and others. If you don't dedicate the root of virtue, it won't increase and will be exhausted, so dedicate it with great compassion without object for the benefit of sentient beings. The practice called the Six Dharmas of the Illusory Body is the tradition of me, Khyunpo Naljorpa. The verses of the Trunk of Mahamudra, the Gau Ma Vajra, are present here. In Sanskrit: Mahamudra (梵文天城体:महामुद्रा,梵文罗马拟音:Mahāmudrā,汉语字面意思:Great Seal). In Tibetan: Chag Gya Chenpo I prostrate to the Yuganaddha Mahamudra. Great Bliss, spontaneously accomplished, uncompounded. From the great Sambhogakaya Vajradhara. The unborn, self-sound, thus I heard. Ordinary consciousness, Emaho! (193) Preliminary, natural state, three aspects. Main practice, four faults, liberated in their own place. Ultimate, four kayas, self-arisen. In solitude, with the mudra of pressing down on one's own ground. Relaxing the four joints, veins, and lips is the natural state of the body. Lips free from effort and speech is the natural state of speech. Mind free from the way of looking with the eyes and the desire to meditate is the natural state of mind. That itself should be free from the four faults: Although the Dharmakaya is inseparable, one doesn't recognize it because it's too close. Even though it arises in oneself, one doesn't grasp it because it's too profound. One doesn't believe it because it's too easy, so it's free from distraction. Because it's too good, it doesn't fit in the mind (194), and because it's free from decisiveness, one wanders in samsara. The ultimate samatha and vipassana are free from mental fabrication, so in that self-arisen state. The appearance of various forms is the Nirmanakaya. The non-conceptual mind free from grasping at appearances is the Dharmakaya. Appearance without concept, that itself arising as bliss is the Sambhogakaya. These three are inseparable in nature, so it is the ultimate Great Bliss Kaya. That itself, the aspect of non-conceptuality, is the Suchness Wisdom.
