(162)印度语:Dharmaṣaṭvajragāthānāma(梵文天城体:धर्मषट् वज्रगाथानाम,梵文罗马拟音:Dharmaṣaṭ vajra gāthā nāma,汉语字面意思:法六金刚偈之名)。

Snap your fingers three times. Then extend your left fist straight from your arm towards the front left corner. Make three sliding motions with your right fist. Do the same on the right side. Then shake three times and lower. This last one is called shaking three times, which is to eliminate regret, unpleasantness, and conceptual thoughts. These turning wheels, each has its own special points, most of which can be known from the root text. Thus, these are the (160) instructions from the mouth of the wisdom dakini Niguma, the pith instructions for wind and mind dissolving into the central channel, untying the knots of the channels, the self-born body possessing skillful means as the main thing, the pith instructions for the supreme practice of the path of liberation. It is called the Eighteen Physical Exercises. The root text of this, because the oral instructions are slightly obscure, and scattered among many sentences and difficult to collect, there are many. Even if there are messy summaries made by those who are not proficient, it seems that no clear practice has emerged. Therefore, in order to prevent this practice from declining and to promote it, Tarātha, who has a little faith in the glorious Shangpa Kagyu, has recorded it clearly without concealing it. (161) The Vajra Verses of the Six Dharmas of the Wisdom Dakini Niguma. In Tibetan: Named the Vajra Verses of the Six Dharmas. Homage to the glorious Union of Bliss and Emptiness. This is the translator's preface.
