It is the eighth. If divided into the latter eight, it becomes twenty-five. That's it. After about a month of breath training, the Tummo posture for seven days, the condensation of Qi for seven days, the main practice for seven days, the Guru's Tummo for seven days, and wearing clothes for seven days. After that, learn these Trulkhor and practice them repeatedly until there is no fatigue and no need to exert effort. Then, practice each of the respective visualizations for one session. Finally, at the end of each Trulkhor cycle, all the visualizations are also completed once. If it is not completed in four or six sessions, then strive to practice Tummo, and immeasurable merits will surely arise immediately. Now, let's explain the meaning of the (149) verses. First, untying the knots of the channels: With the body in a lotus position, lift both hands from the knees and insert them into the root of the thighs. Twist the upper body to the right and left seven times each. Second, straightening the channels: The body posture is the same as above. When the hands reach the root of the thighs, prop up the body with the elbows and perform a breath thrust. Keep the hands at the position of the lumbar vertebrae, and rotate the abdomen to the right and to the left. Contract the anus once, and slightly twist the upper body to the right and to the left simultaneously. After that, alternately perform heel vibrations seven times. This can eliminate the disorder of the channels, just like combing hair with a comb. Third, drawing in to the central channel: If it is a continuation of the previous one, one breath thrust is enough. (150) If done separately, the posture is the same as the second one. Clench the hands into fists, stretch them towards the outer sides of the thighs, exert force, and in the intervals between two heel vibrations, perform one pulse beat. Do this seven times. Fourth, spreading the channels: Perform a breath transformation, first the head, then the upper body, then the hands, then the lower body, and massage the stretched legs. In particular, slide and strike the four calves of the hands and feet against each other. These four actions purify the channels. Fifth, standing and spreading: The posture is the same as the second one, except that the hands gradually stretch upwards through the sides of the ribs, and the palms are joined at the crown of the head. Slightly bend the waist, contract the anus, and straighten the body upwards. Forcefully press the Adam's apple with the throat, and perform (151) pulse beats, heels
