གཅིག་ཕུལ་ནས་ཞུས་ཏེ་ཉམས་སུ་མྱོང་བར་བྱས་སོ། །བླ་མ་གསུམ་གྱིས་མཛད་པའི་རང་སེམས་འཆི་མེད་རང་གྲོལ་གྱི་མན་ངག་ཟབ་མོ་ཡང་དག་པ་ཨིྀྠ། ༈ །རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་ནས་རིམ་པར་བྱོན་པའི་བརྒྱུད་པ་རིན་ཆེན་བདུན་པ་ཆིག་བརྒྱུད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་རྒྱ་བཀྲོལ་བ་པོར་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཁའ་འགྲོས་ལུང་བསྟན་པ་བརྙེས་ཤིང་། ལྷ་དང་བཅས་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཀུན་ན་ཡོངས་སུ་ཁྱབ་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཅན་འགྲོ་མགོན་སངས་རྒྱས་སྟོན་པ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་སེང་གེས་རང་གིས་རང་ལ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་བསྐུལ་བའི་ལྕག་བཏབ་པ་ནི། །བྱིན་རླབས་ (༣༣༥)ཐུགས་རྗེའི་བདག་ཉིད་ཅན། །བླ་མ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཞབས་ལ་འདུད། །བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཆུང་ལ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་ཆེ། །ལུས་སེམས་གཉིས་ལ་གྲོས་ཤིག་འདེབས། །ཚེ་ཐུང་གི་བྱ་བཞག་ཟིན་མེད་ལ། །ཡེངས་པ་མེད་པ་མཐོང་ཙམ་ན། །གཏན་གྱི་སོ་ནམ་སྒོམ་སྒྲུབ་ལ། །ཡེངས་ནས་འདུག་གོ་སྒོམ་ཆེན་པ། །བླ་མའི་བྱིན་རླབས་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་ལ། །མོས་གུས་ཀྱིས་ཐུགས་རྗེ་མ་བསྐུལ་ན། །ཉམས་རྟོགས་ཀྱི་ཆར་རྒྱུན་མི་འབབ་པས། །གསོལ་བ་ཐོབ་ཅིག་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ། །ཡི་དམ་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་ལ། །བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱིས་ཐུགས་རྗེ་མ་བསྐུལ་ན། །མཆོག་ཐུན་མོང་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་མི་འབབ་པས། །བསྒོམ་བཟླས་ལ་འབུངས་ཤིག་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ། །ཆོས་སྐྱོང་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱིས་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་ལ། །གཏོར་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ (༣༣༦)མ་བསྐུལ་ན། །ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱི་ཆར་རྒྱུན་མི་འབབ་པས། །གཏོར་ཚོགས་འབུངས་ཤིག་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ། །གསོལ་འདེབས་བསྐྱེད་རྫོགས་ཉམས་ལེན་ཚེ། །རྣམ་རྟོག་དབང་དུ་མ་ཤོར་བར། །ཐོབ་འདོད་རེ་བ་སྤངས་བྱས་ནས། །ཡེངས་མེད་སྒོམས་ཤིག་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ། །གཞན་དོན་རྩ་བ་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཡིན། །རང་བདེ་མ་བསམ་གཞན་བདེ་སོམས། །སེམས་ཅན་བློས་སྤང་མ་བྱེད་པར། །ཕན་སེམས་སྐྱེད་ཅིག་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ། །ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །བུ་སློབ་དད་ལྡན་རྣམས་ལ་གདམས་པ་དགོས་པ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་མགུར་ནི། །རྗེ་བླ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དགོས་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཅན་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །དེ་ལ་གོང་མའི་བསྟོད་པ་མཛོད། །འདི་ལ་དར་ཅིག་གསན་པར་ཞུ། །སྐྱེ་འཆིས་འཇིགས་པའི་ (༣༣༧)དད་པ་ལ། །བརྒྱུད་པར་ལྡན་པའི་བླ་མ་དགོས། །ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད་པའི་གདམས་ངག་ལ། །ཡེངས་པ་མེད་པའི་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་དགོས། །ཚེ་ཐུང་བསྡད་ལོང་མེད་པ་ལ། །བློ་སྣ་རྩབ་རྩུབ་མེད་པ་དགོས། །དབེན་པའི་རི་ཁྲོད་འགྲིམས་པ་ལ། །རྒྱུན་དུ་བསྲིང་བའི་སྡུག་བསྲན་དགོས། །ཅིར་སྣང་བསྒོམ་དུ་འཆར་བ་ལ། །གསེར་འགྱུར་རྩི་ཡི་

献上之后请教，并加以修习。三位上师所著的自心不死自解脱的甚深口诀，真实不虚ཨིྀྠ། ༈。从金刚持依次传下来的珍贵七代单传，被智慧空行母授记为开启金刚封印者。具有遍布天神等一切世间的利生事业，度化怙主佛陀导师精进狮子，自己对自己鞭策精进之鞭是：加持(335)慈悲之本体啊，顶礼上师佛陀之莲足。精进微小而怀疑大，身心二者商量一下吧。短暂的人生事业未完成，见到没有散乱之时，对于永久的农田修行，散乱而住啊，大修行者。上师加持的云聚上，若不以虔诚恳请慈悲，证悟的雨水不会降临，祈请吧瑜伽士。本尊成就的云聚上，若不以念诵修持恳请慈悲，殊胜共同的成就不会降临，勤奋禅修念诵吧瑜伽士。护法利生的云聚上，若不以朵玛会供恳请慈悲(336)，利生的雨水不会降临，勤奋朵玛会供吧瑜伽士。祈请生圆次第修习时，不被分别念所控制，断除希求获得之念后，无有散乱地禅修吧瑜伽士。利他之根本是慈悲，不要想自己安乐，想着他人安乐。不要舍弃众生，生起利他之心吧瑜伽士。如是说。对于具信的弟子们，十二条必要教言的金刚歌是：顶礼诸位上师。祈请具恩德者。对其作往昔之赞颂。请稍稍听闻此。对于生死的恐惧(337)，需要具有传承的上师。对于没有怀疑的口诀，需要没有散乱的精进。对于短暂没有空闲的人生，需要没有粗暴的思维。对于前往寂静的山间，需要持续忍受痛苦。对于一切显现都显现为禅修，需要点石成金的

Having offered and requested, it was practiced. The profound and authentic oral instructions of self-mind's deathless self-liberation, composed by the three lamas, are true and infallible, ཨིྀྠ། ༈. The precious seven-generation single transmission, passed down successively from Vajradhara, was prophesied by the wisdom dakini as the one who unlocks the vajra seal. Possessing enlightened activities that pervade all the worlds, including the gods, the protector of beings, the Buddha teacher, Diligent Lion, striking himself with the whip of diligence is: Blessings (335), the essence of compassion, I prostrate at the feet of the Lama Buddha. Small diligence and great doubt, let's have a discussion between body and mind. The short life's activities are not finished, at the mere sight of no distraction, for the permanent farming of meditation and practice, you sit distracted, great meditator. On the cloud of the Lama's blessings, if you do not invoke compassion with devotion, the rain of experience and realization will not fall, pray, yogi. On the cloud of the yidam's accomplishment, if you do not invoke compassion with approach and accomplishment, the supreme and common accomplishments will not fall, strive in meditation and recitation, yogi. On the cloud of the Dharma protector's activities, if you do not invoke compassion with torma gathering (336), the rain of activities will not fall, strive in torma gathering, yogi. When praying, generating, completing, and practicing, without being controlled by discursive thoughts, having abandoned the desire to obtain, meditate without distraction, yogi. The root of benefiting others is compassion, do not think of your own happiness, think of others' happiness. Without abandoning sentient beings, generate the mind of benefiting others, yogi. Thus he said. For the faithful disciples, the vajra song of the twelve necessary instructions is: I prostrate to all the Lamas. I pray to the kind and gracious ones. Make praise to the former ones. Please listen to this for a moment. For the fear of birth and death (337), one needs a Lama with lineage. For the oral instructions without doubt, one needs diligence without distraction. For the short life without leisure, one needs a mind without harshness. For going to the solitary mountain retreat, one needs the endurance to continuously endure suffering. For everything that appears to arise as meditation, one needs the philosopher's stone of
