导师稀有真奇妙！ 眼等八大菩萨众， 语等如实忿怒十尊， 身等金刚佛母众， 于智慧身我敬礼。(26) 将此认作生灭身， 如是邪见我忏悔， 故以至诚之心忏， 愿我如您得显现。 菩提道分三十七， 乃是世尊身支分， 五部佛冠诸毛发， 是为罗汉我敬礼。 世间诸神为君座， 三有上师即是您， 您乃三宝之本体， 亦是三宝之作者。 并非虚伪之言语， 从今直至菩提藏， 至诚皈依作护佑， 尤以胜信我敬礼。 于此奉献三十七聚曼扎(27)，以及， 陈设极其美妙之曼扎。 中央须弥四洲及小洲， 日月辉映照耀极庄严。 外有铁围中间嬉戏海， 珍宝如意树及满愿牛， 七政宝物八宝珍宝藏， 免耕作物八功德妙水， 内外密供无量供云聚， 生喜生乐此曼扎， 欲成二利瑜伽士， 以精进力献上师，本尊及， 诸佛如海圣众作供养。 诸佛如来之种性瑜伽士， (28)以此悦意妙曼扎供养故， 祈请净除罪过垢染之诸聚， 赐予胜共诸成就。 如是曼扎印契亦献上。 轮宝如意宝及贞良后妃， 大臣象宝马宝及将军等， 无量七政宝物之王政， 化现奉献与至尊上师。 刀剑皮革园林及房屋， 卧具衣物鞋履及珍宝， 奉献上师坛城诸圣众， 祈请纳受并赐予加持。 诸佛如来欲生天女相， 色声香味触之安乐施者， (29)镜子琵琶香炉饮食器， 上好绸缎莲花宝瓶等， 手鼓摇铃依持卡章嘎。

Wonderful and amazing is the Teacher! Eyes and other eight Bodhisattvas, Speech and other truthful ten Wrathful Ones, Body and other Vajra Mothers, To the wisdom body, I prostrate.(26) Mistakenly grasping it as a body of birth and death, I regret and repent for such wrong views. Therefore, I confess with heartfelt sincerity, May I manifest like you. The thirty-seven factors of enlightenment Are parts of the Blessed One's body. The five-family crown and the hairs, Are Arhats, therefore I bow. The worldly gods are your seat, You are the Lama of the three realms. You are the embodiment of the Three Jewels, And said to be the maker of the Three Jewels. Not just empty words of deceit, From now until the essence of enlightenment, I sincerely take refuge for protection, Especially with faith, I prostrate. Here, I offer the thirty-seven-heap mandala (27), and, A supremely beautiful mandala with magnificent arrangement. Mount Meru in the center, with the four continents and subcontinents, Illuminated and adorned by the sun and moon. Outside is the iron fence, and inside is decorated with playful oceans. Precious wish-fulfilling trees and wish-granting cows, The seven royal emblems and the eight precious treasures, Unplowed crops and water with eight qualities, Outer, inner, and secret offerings, inconceivable clouds of offerings. This mandala that generates joy and delight, May the yogi who desires to accomplish the two benefits, With the strength of diligence, offer to the Lama, Yidam, and The assembly of victorious ones, like an ocean. May the yogi who holds the lineage of all Buddhas, (28) By offering this pleasing and excellent mandala, May all the gatherings of faults and defilements be completely abandoned, And may you grant the supreme and common accomplishments. Thus, the mandala mudra is also offered. The wheel jewel, wish-fulfilling jewel, and virtuous queen, The minister, elephant jewel, horse jewel, and general, Even the immeasurable seven royal treasures, Having manifested, I offer to the supreme Lama. Swords, leather, gardens, houses, and Bedding, clothes, shoes, and precious jewels, I offer to the Lama, mandala, and all the deities. Please accept and bless me. The form of the wish-fulfilling goddess of all Buddhas, The giver of bliss of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, (29) Mirror, lute, incense burner, food and drink containers, Fine silk cloths, lotus vase, etc., Hand drum, bell, and relying on the khatvanga.

Skilled in coquetry, graceful, singing, and dancing. Offerings of flowers, incense, light, and supreme fragrance. The source of form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and phenomena. Completely possessing the sixteen parts of joy. With this joyful play of Vajra consorts (30). Heruka, may you, Vajra mind, be pleased! A sacred bathing pond.
