。未造作即是法身。以造作之过，不得见圣道。是故任心之象驰骋。如是知之，乃瑜伽之精髓。无修而成佛果。无作而成就诸难行。无修而自得成就。无修而得意义之果。三有皆本自解脱。于此无需破立。见地之确立，金刚歌也。唉玛吙！欲修本初之实相，无需计算日期星宿(243)，乃忆念时之君王之时。无需特意寻觅寂静处寺庙，自身此山乃寺庙之殊胜。亦无需特意舍弃诸散乱，知为种种心识，则显现为友伴。如森林之火蔓延，如草木一般。亦不遮断界限，亦不堆砌石堆，禁语则成界限之殊胜。如棉花羊毛之瓣，放松而住。放下诸事，莫系于心。莫特意牵引觉知，任其自然。若生沉掉，则观照自身。远离损害心之诸业。若生贪欲，则知为魔。安住于未造作之心，即是佛。行住坐卧，一切放松而住。以一切分别念之根为心故。以无心故，则无分别念。 (244)任运成就之依处一生起，瑜伽士则不可能生起贪欲。是故证悟之瑜伽，心甚安乐。一寻得无星宿之道路，瑜伽士则不可能生起偏袒。无偏袒之觉知，体验甚欢喜。一生起无造作之相续，瑜伽士则不可能生起取舍。无破立、舍取，甚为舒畅。一生起平等菩提心，瑜伽士则不可能生起自他。于自他平等，甚为平坦。安住于三有本自解脱之状态。禅修之确立，金刚歌也。ཨིྀྠ། （藏文种子字） ཨིྀྠ། （梵文天城体） ཨིྀྠ། （梵文罗马拟音） ཨིྀྠ། （汉语字面意思）。唉玛吙！具心之正念乃行为之殊胜。莫放逸，示以正念与正知。所作所为皆有尺度。

。Unfabricated is the Dharmakaya itself. With the fault of fabrication, the noble path will not be seen. Therefore, let the elephant of the mind roam freely. Knowing this way is the essence of yoga. Without practice, one attains the fruit of Buddhahood. Without action, all difficult deeds are accomplished. Without practice, one attains accomplishment within oneself. Without meditation, one finds the fruit of meaning. All three realms are primordially liberated. There is no need to negate or establish anything here. The establishment of the view is the Vajra Song. Emaho! If you wish to meditate on the innate nature, there is no need to calculate dates and stars (243), it is when you remember the king of time. There is no need to specifically seek out solitary retreats and monasteries, this mountain of one's own body is the supreme monastery. There is also no need to specifically abandon distractions, knowing them as various states of mind, they will appear as companions. Like fire spreading in the forest, like grass and trees. Do not cut off boundaries, nor pile up stones, keeping silent becomes the supreme boundary. Like petals of cotton and wool, relax and abide. Let go of activities and do not fixate on the mind. Do not intentionally draw in awareness, let it go freely. If sinking or excitement arises, then look at yourself. Gradually abandon actions that harm the mind. If desire arises, know it as a demon. The mind resting unfabricated is the Buddha. Walking, standing, sitting, lying down, let everything rest loosely. Because the root of all conceptual thoughts is the mind. Because there is no mind, there are no conceptual thoughts. (244) As soon as the spontaneously accomplished basis arises, it is impossible for a yogi to have desires. Therefore, the yoga of realization is very blissful. As soon as one finds the path without astrological influences, it is impossible for a yogi to have partiality. The awareness without partiality is a very joyful experience. As soon as a continuous stream without fabrication arises, it is impossible for a yogi to have acceptance and rejection. Without negation and establishment, abandonment and acceptance, there is great joy. As soon as the single mind of equanimity and bodhicitta arises, it is impossible for a yogi to have self and other. Equality in self and other is very even. Rest in the state where the three realms are primordially liberated.
