Protector Six-Armed, fulfilling the hopes of beings as they should be. His body color is extremely black, like the clouds at the end of an era. One face, six arms. Three eyes, red and round, gazing with anger. Mouth open, teeth bared. Tongue (445) curled. Utterly wrathful. Beard, eyebrows, and hair reddish-yellow, bristling upwards. Forehead smeared with a tilaka of sindhura. Crowned on the crown of his head by Akshobhya. The first right hand holds a vajra chopper, and the first left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, holding it up and down at his heart. The middle right hand holds a rosary of dry skulls. The last right hand violently shakes a damaru. The second left hand holds a trident. The last left hand holds a vajra lasso. Both feet have the power to completely suppress the three realms. With a stance of equal standing, his feet trample on the king of obstacles. He wears a tiger skin (446) loincloth. A green silk belt is tied around his waist. A blue snake binds his hair. A red snake is his earring. A variegated snake is his armlet. A white snake is his necklace. A yellow snake is his bracelet. A green snake is his sash. White snakes are his anklets and belt. All his hands and feet have strings of tinkling bells. His limbs are thick and short, and his body is sturdy. His splendor is boundless. He wears a crown of five dry human heads with jeweled crests, and a necklace of fifty fresh, bleeding human heads. He is adorned with six bone ornaments. Her right hand holds aloft a black demon's wooden staff. Her left hand holds a bag of diseases. She dwells in the midst of a whirlwind of fire and wind. She rides a three-legged mule-horse. She is surrounded by hundreds of thousands of attendants, including flesh-eaters, matrikas, and dakinis. In front of the main deity is the yaksha Kṣetrapāla. His body is dark blue-black. His mouth is open, and his teeth are bared, as he cries out in distress to his enemies (448). From his nostrils, he exhales the wind of the end of time.
