Visualize that all parts of your body are gradually dissolving. Play musical instruments. At the end of the heart essence and near essence of the father and mother, recite as much as possible "Aveshaya A Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आवेशय, Sanskrit Romanization: āveśaya, Literal meaning: Enter)". This is the fifth preliminary practice. Secondly, for the sake of the actual four empowerments, the empowerment of body arrangement, without distraction, contemplate these visualizations with strong intention. Please visualize that on the crown of your heads, from Pam (Tibetan: པཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प, Sanskrit Romanization: paṃ, Literal meaning: Lotus) arises a lotus, from Ram (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: र, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal meaning: Sun) arises a sun mandala, and on top of the sun mandala, on the seat of Vajrabhairava Kalachakra, a blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable is illuminated. Similarly, please visualize that in the throat, from Pam (Tibetan: པཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प, Sanskrit Romanization: paṃ, Literal meaning: Lotus) arises a four-petaled lotus, and in the center of the lotus, a raised red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Literal meaning: Ah) syllable is illuminated. Again, in the heart, on the seat of the lotus, sun, and Vajrabhairava, a blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable is illuminated. Then, in the navel, please visualize a red triangular Dharma source with a red Vam (Tibetan: བཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: व, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vam) syllable inside. Then, from the blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable on the crown of the head, light radiates outwards, purifying the sins and obscurations of sentient beings in the three realms, and placing them in the state of Bhagavan Chakrasamvara. The light converges back and dissolves into the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable. The Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable is completely transformed, and on the crown of your heads, on the seat of the lotus, sun, and Vajrabhairava, on top of the existing one, visualize the glorious Heruka father and mother, inseparable from the lama, adorned with ornaments and attire, with four Dakinis circling around them counterclockwise. By contemplating in this way, warmth arises, and joy is experienced, which is the introduction to the vase empowerment. Then, for the sake of the four vase empowerments, please perform this visualization. That is, on the crown of the head, the essence is the lama, and the form is the deity's body, with five deities appearing clearly. You transform all the roots of virtue accumulated in body, possessions, and the three times into external, internal, and secret offerings, and offer them, thinking that their minds are filled with joy, and then repeat this prayer: Please, precious lama, grant me the complete four empowerments. Then, from the seed syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) in the heart of Heruka, inseparable from the lama, a stream of nectar descends. White light appears, and your own crown chakra of great bliss is illuminated by the light. The sins and obscurations of the body are purified. The vase empowerment is obtained. Then, the throat enjoyment wheel

Light pervades the Ra syllable. May the defilements of speech be purified. May the secret empowerment be obtained. Then, light pervades the Dharma wheel in the heart. May the defilements of mind be purified. May the empowerment of wisdom be obtained. Then, as light pervades the manifestation wheel in the navel, may the defilements of body, speech, and mind be purified. Generate the conviction of having obtained the fourth empowerment and remain in equanimity for a moment. Recite the seven-syllable mantra and play the Ḍaṃḍā drum. Then, this is the fourth empowerment of the vase empowerment. Thus, it is communicated. Then, the four goddesses of the crown dissolve into the mother. The mother dissolves into the father. The father dissolves into light and descends from the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head. (21) Generate the conviction of dissolving into the red, raised Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) at the throat. Focus your minds for a moment on the essence of the speech of the guru and yidam, the red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) in the center of the enjoyment wheel in your throats. By focusing in this way, bliss arises in the mind. Experience supreme joy. This is the introduction to the secret empowerment. Then, for the sake of the actual secret empowerment, visualize as follows. As before, transform your own body, enjoyments, and all the roots of virtue accumulated in the three times into offerings of outer, inner, and secret aspects and offer them to the red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), the essence of the speech of the guru and yidam in the throat. Think of pleasing their minds by filling them with bliss and repeat this supplication. Please, precious guru, grant me the secret empowerment. Having supplicated thus, (22) from the red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) in the enjoyment wheel of the throat, rays of white light tinged with red arise, producing bliss, trembling slightly, and the entire channel-wheel of the throat is pervaded by light. Generate the conviction that the defilements of speech are purified and the secret empowerment is obtained, and remain in equanimity for a moment, burning incense, playing music, reciting the seven-syllable mantra, and playing the Ḍaṃḍā drum. This is the essence of the secret empowerment. Then, the lotus petals of the throat dissolve into light and merge into the red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah). The Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) dissolves into light and merges into the blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the Dharma wheel of the heart. The Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) is completely transformed into the mandala of the five deities of Chakrasamvara. Furthermore, focus your mind for a moment on the four root dakinis circling the main deity. By meditating in this way, non-conceptuality arises in body and mind. Experience joy free from attachment, and know
