Confession. Disciples (228), in an instant, on the lotus sun disc subduing the fearful Time Wheel, visualize Chakrasamvara, blue in color, adorned with human heads and bone ornaments, with three red eyes, holding a vajra and bell, embracing the red consort Vajravarahi, with the right leg extended and the left leg bent. From the heart of the guru visualized as Heruka, rays of light emanate from the syllable "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). Arouse the mindstream of the five front-generation deities. From their hearts, invite countless self-similar deities. Imagine that, like a great rain falling on your bodies, it seeps into all the pores of your skin. At the end of the seven-syllable mantra, recite "Vajra Āveśaya Ā Āḥ" (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र आवेशय आ आः, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra āveśaya ā āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra Enter Ah Ah), invoke the wisdom deities, and ring the bell. From the white "Oṃ" (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ) at its crown, countless small white Chakrasamvara figures, complete with limbs, emanate and dance, dissolving into the "Oṃ" (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ) at your crown, filling all the places of great bliss at the crown. Obtain the vase initiation, purify the defilements of the body, and receive the blessings of the body. Do this, and ring the bell or play musical instruments. May all the noble gurus (230) bless us! May the venerable Virupa bless us! May the heroes and heroines bless us! Say this. Similarly, combine and again, starting from the body and possessions, Precious guru, please grant me the secret initiation! From the red "Āḥ" (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Āḥ) at the guru's throat, countless small red Chakrasamvara figures, complete with limbs, emanate and dance, dissolving into the "Āḥ" (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Āḥ) at your throats, filling all the places of enjoyment at the throat. 为了……的缘故，从身体受用一切（231）中，祈请您赐予我智慧和般若的灌顶。从上师心间的蓝色吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字中，化出蓝色胜乐金刚，身躯矮小但肢体齐全，不可估量，断裂开来，舞姿翩翩，融入你们各自的心间吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字中，充满心间一切法的处所。获得智慧和般若的灌顶，消除意念的垢染，请生起融入上师加持的信心。祈请诸位殊胜上师加持！等等念诵。再次，为了第四灌顶的缘故，将身体受用等，以实际或意念供养的形式转变，并以全部供献给上师和本尊无二无别的信心，念诵此祈请文： 祈请（232）上师仁波切赐予我第四灌顶，祈请身语意的加持毫无遗漏地融入。如此祈请后，从上师脐间的杂色吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字中，化出杂色光芒的胜乐金刚，身躯矮小但肢体齐全，不可估量，断裂开来，舞姿翩翩，融入你们各自脐间的杂色吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字中。又，头顶的白色胜乐金刚融入喉间的红色胜乐金刚，红色融入心间的蓝色胜乐金刚，蓝色出现在脐间，化为光芒消失，请在空性中保持心不造作。如此说后，伴随乐器声，祈请诸位殊胜上师加持！祈请至尊毗瓦巴加持！祈请勇士和空行母（233）们加持！如前念诵。之后获得第四灌顶。再次，以甚深道灌顶的方式，如此观想：从上师三处的蓝色字中，化出蓝色胜乐金刚，不可估量，断裂开来，融入你们的脐间，最终空荡荡地化为光芒消失，请稍作安住于彼状态。这也是第四灌顶的一种方式。念诵行为。之后，以主尊等，以及对本尊的供赞、百字明等，做共同的修法。身体不死的教言已完毕。 ༈ །།心不死的教言安住。 ༅ །།心不死教言分为前行、正行、结行三部分，第一是预备，第二是自生

From the blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable in the heart of the lama, emanate blue Hevajras, small in stature but with complete limbs, immeasurable, breaking off and dancing gracefully, merging into the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllables in your respective hearts, filling all the places of dharma in the heart. Obtain the initiation of wisdom and prajna, purify the defilements of the mind, please generate faith in the absorption of the lama's blessings. Please bless, noble lamas! And so on, recite. Again, for the sake of the fourth initiation, transform the body and enjoyments into offerings, either actually or mentally, and with the faith of offering all of that to the inseparability of the lama and the front generation, recite this prayer: Please (232) precious lama, grant me the fourth initiation. Please let the blessings of body, speech, and mind be absorbed completely. After praying thus, from the multicolored Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable in the navel of the lama, emanate multicolored light Hevajras, small in stature but with complete limbs, immeasurable, breaking off and dancing gracefully, merging into the multicolored Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllables in your respective navels. Also, the white Hevajra on the crown of the head merges into the red Hevajra in the throat, the red merges into the blue Hevajra in the heart, the blue appears in the navel, dissolves into light, please leave the mind uncorrected in emptiness. After saying this, accompanied by musical instruments, please bless, noble lamas! Please bless, venerable Virupa! Please bless, heroes and dakinis (233)! Recite as before. Then the fourth initiation is obtained. Again, in the manner of the profound path initiation, visualize thus: From the blue syllables in the three places of the teacher, emanate blue Hevajras, immeasurable, breaking off and merging into your navels, finally dissolving into light with emptiness, please rest in that state for a while. This is also one way of the fourth initiation. Recite the action. Afterwards, with the main deity and so on, and the offering and praise to the front generation, the hundred-syllable mantra, etc., do the common practice. The instructions on the immortal body are completed. ༈ །།The instructions on the immortal mind reside. ༅ །།The instructions on the immortal mind are divided into three parts: preliminary, main, and concluding. The first is preparation, the second is self-generation.
