La. After praying in this way, light radiates from the white Om (藏文:ཨོཾ།,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at the crown of the Guru's head. The stream of wisdom nectar, inseparable from the minds of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, comes in the form of white light and dissolves into the Guru's Om From the Om (藏文:ཨོཾ།,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) arises a stream of wisdom nectar (217). Visualize it dissolving into the Om (藏文:ཨོཾ།,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at your brow, purifying all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations of the body. The Guru should also think in the same way and say: "May the root and lineage Gurus bless us! Right now! Quickly! Bless us in this very place!" Saying this, he rings the seven-syllable bell and plays the hand drum. Visualize that the blessing of the body has entered your body and that you have received the vase empowerment. Again, visualize the five meats of the body as the five nectars inside the skull and offer them as before. Fill the three thousand worlds with gold as an offering and then repeat this prayer. "Precious Guru, please grant me the secret empowerment." After praying in this way, light radiates from the red Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah) at the Guru's throat (218). The stream of wisdom nectar, inseparable from the minds of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, comes in the form of red light and dissolves into the Guru's Ah

Think that all the illnesses, evil spirits, and sins of the mind are purified by the absorption of HŪṂ (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, seed syllable) into the heart of. Recite the root and lineage, etc. Think that the blessings of the Guru have entered your mind and you have received the empowerment of wisdom and prajñā. Also, inside the skull, visualize your own five meats as five amṛtas (220), and offer them as before. Offer the three thousand worlds filled with gold, and then pray, repeating after me: Precious Guru, please grant me the fourth empowerment. After praying in this way, light radiates from the three syllables at the three places of the Guru, stimulating the minds of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The stream of amṛta of their non-dual wisdom appears in the form of various lights and dissolves into the syllables at the three places of the Guru. From this, white, red, and blue lights appear and dissolve into your own three places. From the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, you are filled with light. All the obscurations of body, speech, and mind are purified, and the body appears as the deity's form, which is empty of inherent existence (221). Abiding without artificiality, this is the fourth empowerment. Recite the mantra and ring the bell. From the Ocean of Wisdom: In the mandala of the Guru's body, I request the complete fulfillment of the four empowerments, to traverse all the stages of the path. Recite this three times. This is the outer empowerment. Also, the Hevajra of the east dissolves into light and merges into the central Cakrasaṃvara. Similarly, it gradually dissolves and merges into the central Cakrasaṃvara. That Cakrasaṃvara also turns into light, flickering, and dissolves into the crown of your head. Reaching the brow is the vase empowerment, reaching the throat is the secret empowerment, reaching the heart is the wisdom and prajñā empowerment, reaching the navel it dissolves into light, and the body becomes empty and clear. In a state of non-objectification (222), abiding without artificiality of body and mind, this is the fourth empowerment, the inner four empowerments. Recite the mantra and ring the bell. Afterwards, perform the rituals of offering, praise, confession, supplication, sending away, and gathering. This is a record of the Gau Ma four empowerments. Bhikṣu Ngawang Chödrak recorded it according to the custom in Zong Ga (Dzongga) Monastery. Based on this text, it has been written into a readable version by referring to ancient books. The guidance of Gau Ma and the explanation of the supporting lineage are very important. Here, the five dharmas of Mahāmudrā are: Explanation.
