It should be shown. All dharmas are devoid of all extremes of elaboration, that is the nature of the fourth empowerment. Thus introduced. Thus, by bestowing the precious word empowerment, the obscurations of the three doors are equally purified. The fourth empowerment is obtained. One has the authority to meditate on the path of union. The ability to obtain the fruit, the essence body, is established. Thus, realization is generated. Then, the mantra recitation transmission and the torma empowerment, and subsequent activities are performed, as explained to eliminate all obstacles. The city of previously cultivated pure intelligence, reflects the image of the profound Dharma moon. It also eliminates the suffering of the minds of limitless beings. This is the sequence of the subsequent permission known as having secret adornments. Mangalam! Om Swasti! Avalokiteshvara, the Yogini, Tara, the Swift Accomplisher, the Protector, and the inseparable Guru Vajradhara, having placed them on the crown of the head, I write the subsequent permission. In the center of the four-petaled lotus mandala, on the seats of the sun and moon, is placed a blue heap. On the eastern lotus petal, on the sun seat, is placed a black heap. On the southern lotus petal is red. In the west is white. In the north is green, thus arranging five heaps. Finally, it is surrounded by offering tormas. Then, taking refuge and generating bodhicitta as usual. Om Vajra Raksha Raksha Hum Phat. Outwardly, it transforms into a protective wheel with a burning mountain of fire, a vajra fence and tents. Within it, visualizing oneself as the deity's form, on the crown of the head, a Dharma origin, white outside and red inside, manifesting and increasing great bliss, in the nature of light, in the center of the four-petaled lotus, on a seat of sun and moon stacked one cubit high, from Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: Hum, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum) arises a blue vajra, marked with Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: Hum, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum), from which arises the root guru Vajradhara, body color blue, one face and two arms, the right hand holding a vajra, the left hand holding a bell, embracing the consort Vajradhatvishvari, holding a curved knife and skull cup.
