双手各持以两个头盖骨（620）串成的念珠和手鼓，左手各持卡杖嘎和绳索。面庞中央蓝色，右边白色，左边红色。极其愤怒的三面张开，咬紧牙齿。红色而圆的三只眼睛向十方怒目而视。紧紧皱着眉头。胡须眉毛红黄色如闪电般闪耀，头发褐黄色向上竖立。以五个干骷髅为头饰，以五十个滴血的湿人头为项链。耳环、项链、手镯、腰带等饰品，镶嵌着珍宝、骨头和铃铛。各种蛇（621）缠绕其身。身穿虎皮裙，上身覆盖着象皮。四肢粗壮，具有令人敬畏的光辉。额头上有用朱砂绘制的卍字符号。右腿弯曲，左腿伸展。安住在自身所生的智慧火焰熊熊燃烧的中央。其四方，在莲花和太阳以及敌对障碍之上，前方是匝（藏文种子字）化现的黑色匝勒玛，一面二臂，右手持弯刀，左手持盛血颅碗。右方是克谢（藏文种子字）化现的克谢札巴拉玛，颜色如蜂蜜，一面二臂，右手持手鼓，左手作恐吓（622）印。后方是玛（藏文种子字）化现的红色黑色的玛哈嘎哩玛，一面二臂，右手持弯刀，左手持盛血颅碗。左方是扎（藏文种子字）化现的黄色扎吉惹匝玛，右手持三叉戟，左手持绳索。四者都极其愤怒，具三眼，胡须、眉毛和头发褐黄色向上竖立，以骨头等恐怖饰品庄严自身，安住在自身所生的火焰燃烧的中央。在这些之外，被无数受命眷属的护法神众所围绕。所有主尊眷属的头顶是白色嗡（藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），喉咙（623）是红色阿（藏文，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿），心间是蓝色吽（藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），以其光芒从普陀山和寒林等处迎请玛哈嘎拉及其眷属。以“嗡 舍依 玛哈嘎拉 萨巴热瓦ra 诶 嘿 亚嘿 扎 扎”等迎请。匝 吽 棒 霍（藏文，梵文天城体：जः हुं बं होः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：匝 吽 棒 霍）使其与誓言尊合二为一。再次从心间的吽（藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字放出光芒，迎请灌顶诸神。祈请您们赐予灌顶。

The two hands each hold a rosary and a damaru made of two skulls (620). The two left hands each hold a khatvanga and a lasso. The face is blue in the center, white on the right, and red on the left. The three faces are extremely wrathful, baring their fangs. The three red and round eyes glare with hatred in all ten directions. The eyebrows are tightly furrowed. The beard and eyebrows are reddish-yellow, flashing like lightning, and the hair is brownish-yellow, standing on end. The head is adorned with five dry skulls, and a necklace of fifty fresh, bleeding heads. The earrings, necklaces, bracelets, belts, and other ornaments are adorned with jewels, bones, and tinkling bells. Various snakes (621) adorn the body. He wears a tiger skin loincloth and an elephant skin upper garment. The limbs are thick and possess an awe-inspiring radiance. On the forehead is a swastika symbol drawn with vermilion. The right leg is bent, and the left leg is extended. He dwells in the center of the blazing fire of wisdom born from his own body. On the four sides of him, on top of lotuses and suns, and enemies and obstacles, in front is Jala, manifested from the seed syllable Dza (藏文种子字), the black Jalima, with one face and two arms, holding a curved knife in the right hand and a skull cup filled with blood in the left hand. On the right is Kshetrapala, manifested from the seed syllable Kshe (藏文种子字), the color of honey, with one face and two arms, holding a damaru in the right hand and making a threatening (622) gesture with the left hand. Behind is Mahakali, manifested from the seed syllable Ma (藏文种子字), red-black in color, with one face and two arms, holding a curved knife in the right hand and a skull cup filled with blood in the left hand. On the left is Takkiraja, manifested from the seed syllable Ta (藏文种子字), yellow in color, holding a trident in the right hand and a lasso in the left hand. All four are extremely wrathful, with three eyes, and their beards, eyebrows, and hair are brownish-yellow and stand on end. They are adorned with terrifying ornaments such as bones, and they dwell in the center of the blazing fire born from their own bodies. Outside of these, they are surrounded by countless hosts of oath-bound protectors. On the crown of the head of all the main deities and their retinues is a white Om (藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), in the throat (623) is a red Ah (藏文，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿), and in the heart is a blue Hum (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). With their rays of light, invite Mahakala and his retinue from places such as Potala and the Cool Grove. Invite them with "Om Shri Mahakala Saparivara Ehyahi Tra Tra," etc. Dza Hum Bam Hoh (藏文，梵文天城体：जः हुं बं होः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：匝 吽 棒 霍) make them inseparable from the samaya beings. Again, from the Hum (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) in the heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the deities of empowerment. I request that you bestow empowerment.
