He said, 'I have come to deliver the Dharma gate to you,' but he left without accepting any offerings. The kindness of Lama Lhatod Gonpo (315) was immense. He came all the way from India to deliver the Dharma gate to me. At that time, a woman named Jetsunma Shakyam gave me many key points of instruction. From that time on, I was able to see her face without interruption. Later, one autumn when I went to Ri Gong for retreat, someone offered meat and tea, so I built a small hut and stayed for three days. A zomo (female yak hybrid) was also slaughtered, and a few people came. A practitioner from Gya said, 'It seems that the monastery prophesied by the Lama will be built here.' Later, it happened as he said. After that, some livestock also increased. Sometimes, Kṣetrapāla would come to take care of them, saying, 'Do not take these livestock as your own, otherwise the sin will be great.' Because I did not let go, a bad deal occurred. In short, I often scolded him, and later he listened. After a year, because Zepa made enemies and stole the zomo, I neither cursed nor encouraged. The Six-Armed Mahākāla (Ṣaḍbhuja Mahākāla) (316) with his retinue, and the great army of local deities, nāgas, and yakshas, went from Brag Lha in a vast and mighty manner, so crowded that there was no room. They returned and said, 'The enemy has suffered great punishment.' After some time, one day at noon, to those above, the shepherd looked as if he was burning. The next morning at dawn, this Trakshadma appeared riding a lion, holding various weapons, and threw a bloody human heart into my hand, saying, 'Yesterday that shepherd seemed to be burning the teacher, so I killed him.' I warned her, 'You should not kill people in general, and especially do not kill shepherds.' The next morning, he vomited blood and died. I performed a seven-day ritual for him, and also generated strong compassion. Also, once when the two factions of Zepa—the larger faction and the smaller faction—were about to reconcile, they said, 'The official and you two come.' It rained at Blon Zur, so we hid there. At this time, a person dressed as a mantra practitioner, riding a black horse with white hooves, holding a skull cup and an iron hammer in his hand, came and said, 'Go up, I (317) will mediate for Zepa.' I thought, 'Who is this?'

Therefore, (someone) said that the teacher was somewhat attached to the wall, and if that wall was not demolished, the wall would collapse. After that, (we) went up together, and when we reached Poche, he said, 'Give me even a little tsampa.' We were also close, so (he) said that when he came back from work, he would also be hungry. From then on, the tsampa was never lacking. There, previously, by the power of illusion arising spontaneously, offerings had never been made to the Dharma protectors. From then on, (the protector) listened to Trakshad's orders like a servant, and the relationship became very close. Later, when robbers were stealing livestock, the Dharma protectors were flustered, and (I said to them), 'You must not kill people!' I said that I had no attachment to livestock and kept dissuading them. The other Dharma protectors listened and did not go to rob. One day, when the weather was warm, Kshetrapala Field Protector) came with a curved knife, saying that the four robbers led by Niripen of Kongyuk Lakar had been killed. I said, 'From yesterday on, do not kill people, killing is very sinful.' He said, 'You (318) do not listen,' so (I) drove him away. He said, 'Because (they) stole my livestock, I felt very sad. Obeying the teacher's orders, I only killed four people.' After saying that, he disappeared from the east. In general, although Kshetrapala is violent and very sinful, he protects the obstacles of the monks and accomplishes favorable conditions. Moreover, he is very enthusiastic to all who come to me. One day in the evening, (he) came up from the south side of the garden, and I asked him where he was going. He said, 'It seems that enemies are coming to Won Gyer, so I went to meet them.' I asked who was doing that. He said, 'It's Berre.' He said that many people and horses were coming here, and after saying that, he quickly left. Also, one summer, (I) saw some stones piled up by the water channel, and I didn't know who it was. Later, (I saw) a goddess Remati (藏文:ལྷ་མོ་རེ་མ་ཏི་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) riding a tall mule, holding a curved knife and weapons in her four hands, saying that I had been killing enemies. I said, 'You must not kill people, do not go there.' The goddess said, 'It is terrible that we have no power to kill people and no power to go anywhere. (319) Even if my water channel is destroyed, I cannot bear it, but I listen to the great lama.' However, those enemies were destined to die, and it was a matter of national importance. I spoke in an angry tone.
